Emplacement au calme et excellentes prestations
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel , le calme ( quartier des ambassades et double vitrage ), l'emplacement est idéal pour ne pas subir le brouhaha de la vieille ville qui n'est qu'à un quart d'heure à pied et de surcroit le trajet est plaisant ( batiments , boutiques..).
Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Cons:

Pas de piscine mais il y a tant à faire dans la charmante ville d'Hanoï.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice area, very close to other restaurants, shops and caffe. The breakfast was good and staff serving very professional. The cleaning staff was very nice, leaving us different written notes in the room which made us smile every day. Very very human and touching.

Cons:

The hotel has an odd smell from the carpets and old furniture. The bath is small and the distance between the toilet and the shower is really limited. Old and dirty room carpets, with blocked windows - obviously a hotel in need of renovation. We booked a superior room cathegory but it did not meet our expectation so we asked to have a room change. Unfortunately the reception staff just told us they are booked out and then never came back or checked in with us. Then they avoided us completely. The hotel restaurant (where we wanted to eat upon arrival) had a powerful smell of chlorine so we decided to go somewhere else instead... The hotel blocked a large sum of money (over 500 euro) on our card for more than 1 month. I would not recommend it.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff and clean room. Great breakfast and washing machine and dryer for guests to use. Only slight negative is it’s a little walk from the hotel to the lake and historical part of the city.

Agréable, grand plaisir pour les petits déjeuners et le restaurant.
Pros:

La cuisine est excellente ! Le personnel est serviable et efficace.

Cons:

Nous avons demandé une chambre triple, mais on a eu une chambre double avec extra bed, qui est moins confortable. Et puis on a dû changer de chambre quand on a prolongé notre séjour.

Warm welcome and incredibly helpful staff.
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Rooms were clean. Needed some accommodation and it was provided. Staff were friendly, professional, very helpful and courteous.
Sky the supervisor provided excellent customer service. Front desk staff were very helpful. Loved the buffet and the food. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

A little gem
Pros:

This hotel surpassed our expectations. Stayed on 2 occasions recently. For 1 night and then for 3 nights. On both occasions we were upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. Both spacious and quiet, although it would be fair to say could do with new carpets.

The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to the majority of the touristy stuff but in an area with lots of local restaurants frequented by the locals.

Staff were helpful in so many ways. Hung in the bar/restaurant made the small area really welcoming. We stayed here at the end of a month in Vietnam and the food at the hotel was lovely. Definitely not bland hotel food. We were also made to feel very welcomed by Toan who worked in the restaurant and the breakfast restaurant.

Goed hotel een stukje lopen vanuit het centrum
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het hotel ligt bijna een half uur lopen uit het centrum maar daarom wel heel rustig. Geen last van straatgeluiden of uitgaanspubliek, dus prima. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. De kamers schoon en netjes

Pros:

朝食がとてもおいしかったです。
中心街にあるのに驚くほど部屋が静かでよく眠ることができました。
フライトのオンラインチェックインの時にフロントの方に親切に対応していただきました。

Cons:

アイロンはクローゼットの上方にあったので風呂上りに少し探してしまいました。わかりやすいところにおいてあると、風呂上がりに探さなくて助かります。
アメニティは部屋に設置していただいたほうがいいと思います。

A wonderful hotel worth returning to.
Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed very much our 3 nights stay at Garden Inn Hanoi. The hotel is close to a number of embassies and within walking distance to most tourisr attraction.

The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Both Ms Phuong and Ms Trang provided excellent service during the BKFST. It is the place for us to return to whenever we are back in Hanoi.
