Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl. Außerdem hat mir das schöne, moderne Interieur des Hotels sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat mir der Check-in an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte auf mich nicht besonders professionell. Zunächst wurde ein Betrag von 50 € mit der Begründung einbehalten, dass manche Gäste abreisen, ohne zu bezahlen. Diese pauschale Vorgehensweise fand ich unangenehm. Außerdem kam es bei der Bezahlung zu Verwirrungen, da zunächst unterschiedliche Beträge bzw. Karten belastet wurden. Der Vorgang dauerte unnötig lange und war für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Letztlich wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Zahlung bereits erfolgt sei und die 50 € nicht mehr benötigt würden. Insgesamt hinterließ der Ablauf einen unorganisierten Eindruck.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très confortable et facilement accessible. Il est un rien excentré mais le bus passe juste devant et en 10 minutes nous sommes dans le centre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner payant est varié en termes de quantité de produits différents mais les produits sont pour la plupart issus de supermarché. Pour le rapport qualité/prix il est préférable de déjeuner des produits frais dans un commerce local de la ville.

Clean and modern
Pros:

Large hotel that our tour group stayed for several nights while we toured the area and played pickleball. Rooms were standard size with modern fixtures and lovely quality linens. We used the gym upstairs and had a high quality breakfast buffet. Steps away from a shopping mall, Italian restaurant and McDonald’s I’d definitely stay here again if have own transportation and don’t need to be in the central old town district. We did have some minor issues with our AC but it was finally resolved by changing rooms.
