The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff was professional.

Cons:

The price was a bit high compared to similar hotels. Also, I generally prefer hotels with the option of fresh air through openable windows rather than relying solely on central air conditioning.

Overall okay, but services could be improved a lot
Pros:

Spacious junior suite

Cons:

AC didn’t work in first suite given & then have to move to new one late at night. Although staff was helpful to address issue politely and quickly.

Overall Wifi very poor and in the second room the wifi couldn’t get connected to the Television.

Cons:

The hotel ignored our request for double bed although I had booked the room one month in advance… Also, staff attitude was totally unacceptable. We had to cancel the reservation and find another hotel in the midnight

Sehr gut erreichbares Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz und Tiefgarage am Haus. Gym mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und tollem Blick auf die Berge. Etwas außerhalb gelegen. Taxi in die Innenstadt ca. 10€.
