Гарний готель. Чудові сніданки.

Cons:

На адміністрації просили номер повище поверхом але сказали що все зайнято і був лише на 1му поверсі. Отримали номер з запахом диму від цигарок .Було не комфортно дихати .
При виїзді була черга. Перед нами 2 людини висилили швидко без перевірок. Нас вирішили перевірити. Було неприємно, наче думали що щось вкрали. Звісно все було на місці. Загальне враження було негативне цей раз. Але готель чудовий з гарними сніданками.

Funzionale per ciò che ho pagato, non brillante.
Pros:

Pulito, accogliente, colazione super, camera top e letto comodissimo. In linea con le stelle.

Cons:

Bar e ristorante chiudono alle 22.
Capisco il ristorante, ma il bar no.
In un albergo così importante e grande bisognerebbe dare un servizio lounge almeno fino alle 02:00.
Io che prendo l’albergo, lo faccio proprio perché a una certa so che fuori non c’è più niente aperto e allora pago il pernottamento si, ma se dovessi solo dormire non prenderei un 4 stelle o un 5 stelle.
Lo faccio per un servizio efficiente. Diverso non standard.
Tra le altre cose che non mi sono piaciute, è stato il pagamento del parcheggio o per meglio dire, hai tra i servizi il parcheggio per i clienti ma non descrivi da nessuna parte che ci sia da pagare 18 euro per parcheggiare e allora nel prezzo della camera includi anche il parcheggio, che si è per i clienti ma a pagamento quindi un normale parcheggio di strada.
Il mini bar in camera prezzi assurdi, un pacchettino di pringles 5 euro. Mi fai pagare 2,5 l’acqua in camera.
Nel complesso 250 euro paghi solo il letto e la colazione.

Siamo già stati li e dato che ci siamo trovati bene siamo tornati, la colazione eccezionale, le stanze belle e comode

Cons:

Il prezzo sta iniziando a esagerare, sopratutto il parcheggio che 18€ è veramente eccessivo per la posizione che ha tra i padiglioni del centro commerciale, dove puoi fare 30m in più e trovare il parcheggio gratuito.

Very disappointing experience

I was traveling with my two small toy poodles, and unfortunately my stay at this hotel was a very negative experience.
Shortly after arriving in my room, when I bent down to put food in my dogs’ bowls, I discovered an acrylic nail on the floor. This immediately raised serious concerns for me, because small dogs can easily swallow objects like this, which can lead to emergency veterinary situations and potentially life-threatening complications.
I called reception and politely asked whether the room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. Instead of responding professionally, the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude tone and insisted that the room had been cleaned. He told me someone would come to check the room, however after waiting for about one hour, nobody came.
When I called again, he said he would come himself and added that “I am not the only guest in the hotel,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate given the situation.
Because I was worried about my dogs’ safety and no longer felt comfortable staying in the room, I went downstairs with my luggage and my dogs and requested a refund so I could move to another hotel. At that moment the receptionist behaved extremely unprofessionally, laughed at me and began insulting me in Slovenian. Some of the words are very similar to Romanian insults, so I clearly understood what he was saying.
Being spoken to in such a disrespectful way by hotel staff made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Later, his colleague assisted me and she was very polite and professional, which I appreciate. She offered me a room upgrade and personally checked the new room before assigning it to me. Although I would have preferred a refund to leave the hotel, I accepted the solution offered at the time.
However, the overall cleanliness standards still did not meet expectations, as there was visible dust and the room did not appear thoroughly cleaned.
