Pros:

Location and premises good.

Cons:

Hospitality to be improved, especially of the reception staff. Breakfast a bit sloppy and disappointing for these kind of hotel.

Более внимательное отношение сотрудников ресепшен к сервису было бы
Pros:

Комфортный сетевой отель. Удобно расположенный, парковка и с соответствующий уровень номеров. Прекрасный завтрак. Всегда останавливаемся в этом отеле по дороге через Любляну.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция номеров. В 2 часа ночи в соседнем номере включили очень громкую музыку. Звонок на ресепшен был не результативный- никто не снимал трубку телефона. Пришлось идти к соседям среди ночи и самим разбираться с ситуацией. Неприятно.
