La stanza era spaziosa ma bagno scomodo con water in un bagno e vasca in un altro bagno. Divano letto scomodissimo. Ho avuto la sventura di cenare in hotel e io e mio figlio abbiamo avuto intossicazione alimentare, siamo stati male tutta la notte e la vacanza ci è praticamente stata rovinata. Poi per scusarsi ci hanno scontato tipo 9 euro del parcheggio, assolutamente ridicolo e vergognoso

Disappointing VIP Experience
Pros:

This stay was very disappointing and below the standard expected from a Radisson hotels. I wasn't informed in advance about the required deposit, which the recepcionist M.K handled rudly and disrespecectfully, this is completely unacceptable - especially as a VIP guest. After check-out, I realized that during the minibar check, while I was still at reception, no one informed me that I had left two of my own unopened food items in the minibar. This raises concerns about how guest's belongings are handled. This situation is made worse by the fact that I sent two separate complaint emails to the hotel, neither of which received any response, which is very disappointing and unacceptable. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent.
