The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Disappointed
Pros:

Nothing in particular! It was just another random hotel, nothing to live the reputation of chain

Cons:

- Flush didn't work. Despite repairs, it was a struggle to use it
- The pool was more like a baby pool, too small.
- Room service was too slow.
- The bathroom had no privacy. The door had space to peep in, the mesh on the window also had enough space on the sides to peep in.
