Pros:

Pretty much everything. This was our second stay at this particular Hampton Inn. For us, the location is Great! Staff always friendly and facilities appear clean. Breakfast is good and they have a variety of foods to choose from.

The location was nice. Lots of food options close by.

Cons:

Shower handle was broken. Hair all over the shower. The sheets might have been changed/clean but it was difficult to tell. The most disappointing part... there was an issue with the payment because the night front desk person placed a charge on the wrong card and it created a lot of problems. The GM was suppose to have corrected but instead he charged my debit card $107.50 with no explanation... on top of the room rate. I requested multiple call backs with zero communication to settle this matter.

Bug found in bed
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful, but I woke up next to a bug! Not sure what kind of bug, but regardless, hotels should NOT have bugs in their beds. My husband let the staff know, we left the same day.

Pros:

My hotel experience was great! All of the employees were very nice and helpful, especially the front desk agents. The rooms were newly renovated. Housekeeping service may sure I had everything I needed, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good too.

Way over price for it to not clean room while we stayed. Didn’t change out towels at all.
Cons:

Stayed 5 nights and towels were never changed out and room never cleaned. I had to go ask for more towels.
