Great place but good terrible.
Pros:

Amazing rooms, staff amazing, premises clean and tidy and well maintained

Cons:

Food in general was great disappointment. Quality was poor.

One of my favourite hotels anywhere.
Pros:

Awesome mountain views which seem almost unreal. Friendly and efficient staff. Wide selection of food to please all tastes and preferences. Lived in somewhat retro feel.

Cons:

Although it is not the hotel’s responsibility, the public access roads are in a bad condition. A positive is that the last section before entering the reserve is being resurfaced.

Très bel établissement dans un endroit magnifique

Au cœur du Dragensberg dans un paysage spectaculaire
De nombreuses activités proposées dans frais (randonnée, vélo, mini golf…)
2 belles piscine face aux montagnes
Le buffet très variés et permettant de manger à son rythme.

L’absence de climatisation mais en ouvrant les fenêtres il fait très bon

Pros:

Great location, excellent food and staff, a lot of good facilities but the accommodation wasn’t up to the cost.

Cons:

The accommodation is somewhat tired, everything was clean but it lacked the quality we expected for the price. Carpets needed replacing, door mats were old, patio furniture was basic, and areas needed repainting. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed it was as sort as we hoped for the price.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Very good variety of food available on the buffet.
Beautiful walks and breathtaking scenery. Love the peaceful bushbuck wandering around the resort.
