The location is spectacular. Family/child friendly. Staff pleasant, helpful & friendly.
The food was very disappointing. The cost of accommodation is almost twice what we normally pay and we couldn't justify the additional expense for full board with the food on offer.

Staff at reception especially the lady parking "guard" who insisted we park in the overnight parking area some 200 metres from reception prior to check in. Her grasp of the English language is really poor and she was rude.
The hotel is set right at the foot of the Maloti Drakensberg mountains with stunning views all around. There are many facilities to use and the restaurant offers delicious meals. A perfect getaway to unwind and enjoy the many hiking routes around.

Location is Great, Suff is very friendly.
The rooms look like they have not been renovated for a long time and the carpet was a bit Dirty
Betreft eten: ochtend , middag en avond heerlijk en divers buffet. elke dag ander eten. Waren er 3 dagen. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is extreem mooi, mooie plek voor meerdere trails te wandelen maar ook om paard te rijden ( wel met ervaring ). Kamers zijn groot en mooi Afrikaans.
