Setting as always.
Meals are superb.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Our standard room was very nice .
Nothing
We loved the location of the hotel with beautiful trails starting right at the hotel, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The wellness center has great therapists and both my husband and I had wonderful massages. We also liked the fact that there are guided walks every day. Our stay was too short.
The food at the hotel was good in the evenings but very average at lunch (it is an all inclusive formula) and the coffee was average. The wine by the glass option was also average. The atmosphere was of a big hotel, the kids activities were not always organized as mentioned (mini soccer etc.) We would still go back whenever possible because of the prime location of the place, the confortable rooms and the SPA. We wouldn't hesitate.
The buildings are built like a maze if the signs weren't there i would not have found my room
The outdoor activities and the tranquility of our room made this an excellent choice. Staff interaction was really good - very professional and friendly.
The food was good, but I expected a little bit more than this from a 4-star hotel. It seems as if the place in general needs a good renovation but it may also be that weather conditions impact on the general 'look' of the facilities
Food was perfectly fine but nothing special
The food, the views, the hikes.

Mothing
De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel naast natuurlijk het fantastische uitzicht, vele activiteiten en het lekkere eten.
Beter kan niet.
The hotel is very well located with numerous walks and hikes starting right on your doorstep. The meals were generally all very good, although missing a few items at breakfast. We especially liked the made-to-order omlettes at breakfast, and the stir-fry and carvery at dinner. The staff providing these were all very friendly and helpful.
There was no muesli for breakfast on 2 of our 4 days, and the fruit selection with breakfast was a bit limited. Our room only had a single 2-pin plug, so we had to take turns to charge our devices. It would be very easy to add some USB points or supply some 2-pin adapters. The coffee at breakfast is the filter variety. If you order a double-espresso instead it will cost you R45 which we thought was a bit much. A Nespresso machine in the superior and higher rooms would be a great addition. There were also no cushions for the outside chairs and loungers in the executive suite.
Location world class
Food truly superb
Friendly and great atmosphere throughout hotel
