The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite! That really made the experience that much better. When I say staff, I extend this to the security guards at the entrance gates as well.

Amazing location, food was top notch. So much to keep adults and kids busy.
La vue sur les drakensberg, les départs de randonnée au pied de l’hôtel , large choix de cuisine .
Activités nombreuses comprises dans le tarif pour les enfants qui ne voudront plus sortir d’ici.
Toilettes communes pas hyper propre, nous avons dû demander 4 fois avant d’avoir finalement nos taies d’oreillers . On a jamais eu nos serviettes de bain. Heureusement qu’il y avait les serviettes de piscine.
Food was generally good - breakfast was definitely the best in terms of choices of foods available. Food did run out if you didn't eat in the first hour of a mealtime.
The lunch selection could have been better - maybe by adding more salad and veggie options.
Comfortable room - we were 3 in the room but were only provided with 2 towels.
The protests on the road into the hotel. I think guests could have been warned.
Amazing views, location cannot be beaten. Rooms are clean, activity schedules are really good and engaging. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.
Sometimes the food was not as hot as it could be, and be great to have an adults only bar.
Newly renovated rooms with the old classic berg feel. The staff are welcoming and warm. The hotel and all the facilities are well run and they have thought of everything.

Horse riding there cannot be recommended highly enough.
