Must do better.
Pros:

Excellent access & location

Cons:

Room was too hot. Air conditioner didn't work. Had to open the window just to be able to sleep, however, then early morning train racket was awful. Night staff (Japanese) were very nice, morning staff (foreigner) was completely unapologetic & uncaring. That experience puts me off.

Excellent but no Veg Breakfast
Pros:

Room was compact but neat and clean. The location was fantastic. Walkable ~ 800 mtrs from Station.

Cons:

We stayed there and complained regarding a vegetarian breakfast. They could have arranged at least fruits and bread-n-Butter for us.
