Pros:

A pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, esta bien mantenido y limpio. Buena atención del personal. el staff del desayuno lo mejor, muy atentos. Solicite almohadas extras y me las dieron sin problema en recepcion.

สะดวก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพอเพียง

สะอาด ใกล้ JR รถไฟฟ้า
ใกล้ 7 & Lawson มีร้านเหล้ารอบๆนิดหน่อย
มี microwave ตู้กดน้ำ และตู้กดน้ำแข็งที่ส่วนกลาง
มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า หยอดเหรียญให้ใช้

Cons:

วันที่ไปฝนตก ที่พักไม่มีร่มให้ยืมใช้ เลยออกไปหาอะไรกินลำบาก
พนักงานดูไม่ค่อยใส่ใจเท่าไหร่ ไม่มีที่ให้ตากผ้า

Pros:

新大阪駅から歩いて行けるとあったが方向音痴で自信がなかったので地下鉄で行きました。駅近で周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もたくさんあり便利だった。

Cons:

フロントの接客が悪かった。ヘアードライヤーの場所がテレビの上はいかがなものでしょうか？
せめて、お風呂場の中にコンセントがあるべきです。掃除がゆきとどいてなかったのかスリッパで一度歩いただけでスリッパの裏に髪の毛が数本ついていた。

Pros:

朝から新幹線で新大阪から移動するためにシングルで宿泊、部屋は広めで快適、朝食もおいしかった。ホテルを出てからすぐ新幹線に乗れたので満足。
