Great stay, choose your room carefully.

Location is great, size of the Villa perfect.

Cons:

The Dragonfly room backs up onto the tennis facility, when the facility is open it is noisy, tennis balls being hit constantly. If repetitive noise annoys you or you are a light sleeper this is not the room for you.

Overall, great experience at the hotel and would say again.
Pros:

The staff were great on arrival, they helped with my bags, ensured it was an easy transition as I had just landed in Bali. Staff had great communication. Requested room service - it was at my door within 20 minutes and the food was amazing. Unable to look at all facilities in the building as I only stayed over night.

Cons:

Was on the pricer side of accommodation in Bali for 1 night.

The facilities are excellent with a lovely pool, balcony and comfortable big bed. The staff are very friendly and clean your room daily. There’s also a delicious buffet breakfast included!

Pros:

Location very good and staff were very helpful. My partner left his phone at the counter and they returned it.

The music outside in the evening was annoying, however it was brief and ended about 2130.

Nice villas - the hotel was awful

I really like the villa I got, it was very big and spacious, I would comeback to it. The location was also amazing.

Cons:

The villa was amazing but the first few nights I stayed in a room in the hotel, this was awful. It was noisy and smelly. We couldn’t sleep the first or second night. The smell of putrid bathrooms smell was terrible, they had to move me a night earlier to a villa and they charged me the difference. I thought that was disgustingly cheeky, but I was not going to argue on a holiday so I paid for it without complaining. However that was not ok. The villa I stayed on the other hand was perfect.

Perfect location, stinky bathroom.
Pros:

I’m a repeat guest, the location is convenient to everything.

Cons:

This trip my bathroom drains stank. I reported it twice - the housekeeping solution was to shut the bathroom door and have the light/fan running day and night. It really was horrid.
