Nice but could be better...esp for the price.
Pros:

River view. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Lack of attention to details. Empty shower bottles, trash left in drawers, door sticks and hard to open, ice machine broken, toilet seat doesn't fit and cockeyed.

The girl at the front desk day jah was exceptionally nice so friendly and amazing. She got me what I needed always smiling and just wonderful. She has great customer service like I cannot say it enough you are so lucky to have her working for you she definitely needs a raise.she is so amazing I could go on and on about her. Dajah Taylor's just the best

Great staff location cleanliness but poor in being updated.

The location was great cleaned great staff exceptional breakfast very clean n good

Cons:

The hotel itself need to be updated. Looks dated but it was clean. Was disappointed to be of the overall condition for that price and location. The price n location does not meet the expectations of being modernized. Updates would bring more customers in and then it could be a romantic place to come for peace n quite time.

Great staff. Location ok except getting out of Waterfront traffic caused me to miss an appointment.

Room always felt damp. Even carpet. Wish AC could have cooled and dried better.
