Comfortable and value for money
Pros:

The location was great, within walking, or a couple of tram stops distance, of most landmarks in Istanbul.
The property and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with booking a hamam and an airport transfer.

Pros:

posizione comodissima, perfetta per raggiungere le zone storiche e per la sera tutti i locali più carini a piedi. Comodissima la fermata del tram. Camera grande, noi abbiamo scelto quella più spaziosa ed è stata incredibilmente confortevole. La colazione davvero carina, preparata con cura con i prodotti locali. Lo staff pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste aggiuntive . Tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono stati molto gentili e sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Ci hanno sempre aiutato.

Great location, comfortable and cozy hotel for a few days stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Everything around within walking distance.
The staff were very responsive and helpful.
There was coffee and tea almost all time.
We even asked for early breakfast since we were travelling and they arranged it.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.

Nice small hotel in great location. Good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, prompt and fresh. The Location close to the port is great, and the room was spacious. Good AC. the room was quiet and had a nice balcony.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

Estupendo hotel en el barrio de Karakoy
Pros:

La ubicacion, cerca de zonas de interés turístico, de transporte público y sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Que una de las habitaciones olía mucho a tabaco el primer dia. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
