Buen hotel, muy buena situación, muy limpio y un personal fantástico.
Pros:

Un buen hotel, muy bien situado y limpio. El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier adversidad. El hotel ofrece un servicio de taxi por 40€ desde el aeropuerto; lo recomiendo mucho, ya que los precios en las apps son solo orientativos y al final terminas pagando casi el doble.

Hotel propre et tres bon emplacement.
Pros:

Chambre propre et nettoyé tous les jours,super emplacement.

Cons:

Ne pas prendre les chambres economiques,elle n’ont pas de fenetre.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Zentraler lage .
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber , das Personal war extrem nett , und das Frühstück richtig lecker . Wir haben uns im Familienzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt .

Pros:

Great location, close to metro line and plenty of restaurants. Staff were kind, helpful and available at all times. They came in to give water and fill amenities daily

Cons:

We had some problems with the air conditioning, meaning the room was quite warm for sleeping. Also a small thing, but the provided shampoo/shower gel dispensers were basically empty.

S'il y a le feu il n'y a aucune issue ! Ces chambres aveugles ne devraient pas être autorisées. On ignore s'il fait jour ou nuit. Une vraie prison

Hotel con una ubicación excelente para moverse por Estambul.
Pros:

Lo mejor, la ubicación del hotel. Estrategicamente situado entre la zona de restaurantes y vida nocturna de Karakoy y al lado del puente Galata, que da acceso a Sultanahmet. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran muy justas, pero el baño estaba bien.

perfect location, great for a short stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they even allowed me to check in early, even though I arrived well before the official check-in time. I really appreciated that after a long flight to Istanbul.

Cons:

I happened to stay at this hotel during cold weather and noticed that the heating is provided through the air conditioner.
