Awful.
Pros:

Barely anyone spoke English? Including tourist sites, where they misled to make more money. I would never come back to Turkey. I come from a country where it's much harder to earn money but we do not have such an attitude towards foreigners. You want to earn usd $, learn to speak English!

Cons:

The attitude of the staff. They often turned their backs on me and did not acknowledge my presence.

Increíble lugar para descansar, tomar buen masaje, nadar y dormir sin ruido
Pros:

Las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y limpias. El masaje que dan en el spa es espectacular.

Cons:

Algunos momentos de alto tráfico para llegar al hotel. No se habla nada de inglés, se debe llevar traductor en el celular.

Pros:

The room service was excepcional. They was able to prepared food when we arrived ar 2am.

Bar service not good, waitress spent too much time to attend and we have to go.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Ataköy. The hotel offers great value, especially with the open buffet breakfast and wellness facilities like the sauna, hamam, and steam room all included in the price, which was a big plus.

I’d especially like to thank Emre and Zehra at the reception — they were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more comfortable.

Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros:

الفطور ومكان الفطور كان جيد
اشكر الأخ طه موظف في الفندق طلب لنا اوبر وتفاهم مع السائق باللغة التركية.

Cons:

1- حجزت الفندق عبر بوكننج قبل وصولي ب 3 أشهر وأهم طلب طلبته انه في حال مكيف الهواء لا يعمل احتاج مروحة لأنه لا استطيع النوم بدون هواء في الغرفة ، لم يهتمو لطلبي واخبروني بأن افتح النافذة بعد دفع قيمة الاقامة كاملا ولم يراعو حالتي الصحية .
2- الغرفة كانت تحتوي على موكيت متسخ
3-لاحظت في اقامتي لمدة أسبوع بعض العنصرية ضد العرب والمسلمين من موظفة علاقات الضيوف في صالة الافطار حيث كانت توزع ابتسامتها على الضيوف الأوروبيين وبعض الضيوف من بعض الدول الأسيوية الغير مسلمة وتستمر في سؤالهم عن مدى سعادتهم بالإقامة في الفندق واي خدمات ممكن ان تقدمها لهم بينما اي طاولة فيها رجل ملتحي او عائلة فيها سيدات محجبات لا تهتم بهم ولا تعطيهم اي اهتمام كأنهم اقامو في الفندق مجانا.
4-موقع الفندق غير أمن للعوائل الذين يصطحبون أطفال عند قطع الشارع إلى الجهة الأخرى بسبب سرعة بعض السائقين القادمين من الجسر
