Hotels.com Screwed-Up!
Pros:

At check-in we were charged More Than the Booking Price.

The hotel is first rate.
I’ve stayed there before.

But Hotels.com screwed up royally!

The hotel told us the reservation had been cancelled by Hotels.com.
If true, Hotels.com did not inform us.

Pros:

Very slow in restaurant, and we wanted more activity so we didn’t hang out at hotel. Quite sure it has to do with the construction at front of building. Once that is finished, all should be good and we will try again. The art was amazing and the humor of the penguins was super fun.
