Aardig hotel, maar zwembad valt tegen.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer
Locatie is goed, naast een groot winkelcentrum

Cons:

Zwembad viel helaas tegen. Kleedkamer en vloer zwembad was vies.
Ontbijt was in verleden uitgebreider geweest.

Fantastic Hotel - Food Re-Vamp Required
Pros:

The hotel is stunning and in a good location.
The breakfast was ok, but options like English Tea would have been appreciated.

Cons:

I like Chinese food, however if you sometimes wish for some western food, the choices are not on a par with similar hotels in China. The lack of Western food options is the main thing that lets this hotel down and may make me consider an alternative for myself and my business colleagues in the future.

How to define good service?
Pros:

The facility and the huge upgraded room. Feel safe with the special access floor.

Cons:

The restaurant inside the hotel double charged us. The waiters kept coming to ask if we stayed at the hotel. I can understand once or twice but three times? I thought that wasn't very nice. The receptionist couldn't help us exchange the currency to RMB. Although they apologized, it took them more than 2 hours. Seemed like lack of training. The hotel manager stood behind them but he had no smile the whole time. Do you understand you are in a service industry? Get a service consultant might really help you accelerated.
