Small problems but great response from staff
Pros:

The staff was all wonderful and helpful.

Cons:

We had some things that were broken in the room (phones and the shower knob were loose) plus a leak in the bathroom during our stay, but the staff was very quick to fix them. They offered us a new room, but we were already over half way though a long stay and didn't want to move, so that's on us.

Lesson learned. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Night clerk was not at the front desk when we arrived for check in and no one would answer the phone. We waited for 45 minutes for her to show up and then got in an argument with her. She escalated the argument instead of de-escalating it. This was unacceptable, especially because we waited for her to show up to do her job for the better part of an hour. We were then double charged for the room out of retaliation. The room was the most expensive in town and not that well cared for especially considering that the building is not very old.
