A wonderful stay with a perfect location & the best staff and perks!
Pros:

An amazing stay - so memorable & would highly recommend. Staff was so kind to us, everything was so easy to get to, glad that they had a breakfast option & the ski lockers were convenient! Loved the fondue on the patio & the fur jackets

Cons:

Everything was great - minor suggestion could be more access to temp control in the room (we just opened our window, so it was no problem).

Stunning Matterhorn View and Excellent Location
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The location is extremely convenient—just a one-minute walk to the ski rental shops and the Sunnegga/Rothorn ski lifts, and only a short stroll to the main street. There is also a ski storage room conveniently located next door, making it easy to store our ski equipment.

Cons:

Breakfast options were quite limited, and we expected a wider selection given the room rate. The sofa bed was also rather small for two adults to sleep comfortably.

The hotel location and room is great .

Cons:

I was asked upon check in that I would like cheese fondue to be served which I was not mistaken hearing complimentary from staff but actually it is not. It is 45 CHF Charged which I will not order if I was clearly informed . I understand there is no free thing in this world so this is the experience I have paid to learn. It is not about money but it is about how staff should make clear explanation to guest. My daughter forgot her overcoat in the room after we have checked out , the staff did not even send mail or call to inform. We did realize after a few days passed . It would be nice if they do not ignore this.

the best location and helpful staff
Pros:

the best location for those who ski, right in front of Sunnega.
Nice bar with live music, very helpful staff, close to the village
with shops.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location is superb. We have a good view of the Matterhorn. Staff was friendly and checked us in right to our room. We also got to have cheese fondue at the comfort of our room.
