A fabulous hotel with a great vibe, very comfortable, clean and central location.
Pros:

Location was spot on, we did not experience the breakfast as we were up and touring before the restaurant opened.

Klein, sehr fein. Absolut stylisch top und sehr sauber. Außergewöhnliche Pflegeprodukte. Frühstück perfekt und sehr abwechslungsreich. Tolles junges, sehr freundliches Team, welches auch sehr, sehr aufmerksam ist. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Alles wunderbar, es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Nice hotel and new rooms but without a professional 24h reception.
Cons:

Unfortunately the reception is not staffed 24h and I forgot my room key after hours - there was one available at reception, and no one on call on the helpline - after an hour calling the helpline someone picked up and promised me to come by but never did! I ended up sleeping the night in another hotel room as I couldnt enter my own one. I find this is simply unaceptable service for €550.- per night (in an otherwise nice hotel, albeit with a tiny single room)!

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent - 1 minute walk to the Sunnegga Bahn. It was clean and everyone very friendly.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Décoration et ambiance très sympa. Hôtel propre et moderne. Bon restaurant et petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Si rechercher du calme absolu, l’hôtel est très proche du train et après ski sympa mais bruyant avec chanteur en live.
