Pros:

Accueil très gentil et efficace, le cadre de l'hôtel magnifique, la proximité du parking et la formule qui le rend gratuit, la situation géographique , la qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il n'y a pas vraiment de points négatifs lies à l'hôtel
J'ai moins aimé la chambre car très sombre, mais c'est lié à l'habitat d'une maison du 17,ème et le fait que la salle de petit déjeuner était fraîche le matin( portes ouvertes) mais visiblement cela est lié aussi au mode de vie des canariens qui vivent dehors

Verrassend pareltje in authentiek stadje!
Pros:

Hele mooie plek met kamers rondom de patio middenin het centrum van het Icod. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, goede tips voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurantjes in de buurt. Heerlijk ontbijt om de dag goed te beginnen.

Cons:

De kamers waren wat gehorig (oud pand), het bed wat aan de korte kant en de douchecabine erg krap voor ons lange Nederlanders. Maar dat heeft ons verblijf niet ongemakkelijk gemaakt.

Overall, an excellent option for a short day, but the sound proofing can be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.
Pros:

The service was excellent and the location was unbeatable.

Cons:

There is virtually no sound proofing in the walls and you can very easily hear everything in the room next to you.

Pros:

El hotel es una preciosidad y la gente que trabaja allí encantadora. El desayuno genial y tomarse un café en el patio o en alguno de sus rincones es súper relajante

Cons:

Es una antigua casa Canaria y no hay mucho aislamiento sonoro, pero la gente (por lo menos cuando estuvimos) es súper respetuosa con el ruido

Unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Das Gebäude ist traumhaft schön und spiegelt den Charme des Ortes perfekt wider – überall merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Praktisch waren auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze im Parkhaus. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt - vielen Dank

La beauté du lieu plein de caractère.
Petit déjeuner somptueux et un petit déjeuner à emporter le matin de notre départ .
La literie très confortable.

Cons:

Chambre pas très bien insonorisée.

Pros:

Beautiful wooden floors and staircase, the little courtyard was stunning.
Staff helpful and engaging, the breakfast was excellent with loads of choice.

We very much enjoyed our stay.

The unique design and charming character. The wonderful staff were so pleasant and helpful. The excellent breakfast. The coffee/tea/wine availability was a nice touch.

Todo fue genial, el establecimiento te ofrece un parking gratuito a 5 minutos del hotel, la habitación, así como todo el resto del hotel es simplemente idílico, es un remanso de paz y tranquilidad, te hace sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa, el desayuno no fue lo que mas me gusto, poca variedad y de una calidad media que desmerece el resto del hotel y la estancia, Sin duda lo mejor, las personas que lo atienden, te hacen sentir en familia, por su amabilidad y disposición a atender cualquier pregunta o necesidad que te surja.

Pros:

No hay ni un solo pero. Muchísima tranquilidad, silencio. Camas grandes, muy cómodas, radiador de porcelana que mantenía la habitación caliente.
El desayuno con productos caseros y de la zona.
Café, infusiones, vino a demanda de los clientes....
