Wir haben das Hotel gebucht und bezahlt, aber nicht dort übernachtet - wir haben es nicht gefunden...

Cons:

Wir hatten vom Hotel eine Wegbeschreibung in englischer Sprache zur Hotelgarage bekommen. Man nannte uns eine Adresse, die wir in Google Maps eingeben sollten. Dort angekommen, sollten wir in eine "optical street"(?) abbiegen. Wir landeten in engsten Altstadtgassen, aber die Hotelgarage war nicht zu finden. Auch die Adresse des Hotels war mit Google Maps nicht auffindbar. Nach 90 Minuten des Herumirrens in Sevillas Altstadt waren wir vollkommen entnervt und buchten über Booking.com ein anderes Hotel und ließen die Nacht in diesem Hotel verfallen, sehr ärgerlich.
Wir sind "gelernte Touristen" mit etwa 100 Hotelübernachtungen pro Jahr. So eine schlechte Erreichbarkeit eines Hotels hatten wir noch nie, weder in Rom, Madrid, Barcelona noch in anderen Altstädten. Wir bevorzugen Hotels "mittendrin", aber dann braucht es Wegbeschreibungen, die ortsunkundige Touristen zum Ziel führen.

Beds very comfortable bathroom clean nice shower.Staff at reception very nice and helpful. Location excellent.

Breakfast very average
Attendant person very unpleasant we arrived at Breakfast at 10.40 to be told we were to late by a very unfriendly staff lady . Breakfast finishes at 11.00 so we had our breakfast in a very bad atmosphere

Pros:

Frühstück war gut und hatte alles was man für den Tag braucht. Die Lage des Hotels super.. alle Attraktionen gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Bett war bequem

Központi helyen lévő szálloda, közvetlenül a Setas mellett. Kiváló, bőséges reggelit kínálnak, rugalmas a ki-be jelentkezés, csomagokat megőrzik a távozás napján.

Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean and staff were very helpful. We had a late checkout and, although we couldn't keep our room, there was a separate bathroom where we could freshen up. There was also a seating area near the bathroom with table, chairs and a couple of plug sockets to charge our phones.

Cons:

The walls of our room seemed quite thin. We could hear more or less everything from the room next to ours. Luckily, our neighbours weren't very noisy. No bedside lights.
