Very Bad Hotel on Bad Location. Never again.

Very comfortable. Access to local shops were all walking distance if not easily accessible via grabbike

We booked 12 rooms 1/2 year in advance.
So the hotel needs to adapt to us, not opposite.
First telling us we only had 10 rooms.
Then 3 rooms having to change rooms during the 5 -day short stay.
Waking up people 8 in the morning telling them to change rooms
Very unprofessional, this part.

Wanted to stay near Central Festival and Tesco Lotus so location was excellent. Room very clean and comfortable. Only negative was the a/c wasn't very cold, even set at 18c it felt like 27c.

Ett helt ok hotell för mitt ändamål i phuket town ej för den som vill vara nära beachen jag blev uppgraderad till ett stort rum med sep.sovrum och poolen på taket ok men inga stolar eller parasoll

Overall is good....if under this rate...small swimming pool but is enough..the staff service level can be do better. I recommended to stay.

My family and I were extremely happy with the Palms Residence. It gave us a getaway from the crazy nightlife but close enough to almost everything. Our room was very clean and the service was great.

Petit hotel confortable, personnel aux petits soins. Avec parking sous abri et une piscine sur le toit, petite mais agreable. Les employes font effort pour parler anglais, aimables et souriants. La manager vous renseigneras efficacement. Hotel tres bien situe, 6kms de la ville, mais a 5mns a pieds des centres commerciaux Lotus et Big C, Central Festival a 10 mn(Food Court). Des machines a laver sont a votre dispo pour 20 baths. Nous avons passe 7 nuits avec mon epouse, pas de breakfeast, mais on peut avoir du cafe et des pancakes au resto thai au coin de la rue ouvert tous les jours. Impeccable pour visiter Phuket town.

가격대비 대만족, 공항에서 택시로 한 20~ 30분 정도 걸렸고요,,미터 택시로 한 700바트(100바트 선지급 포함) 지불했던것 같습니다. 레지던스 호텔인데,,,냉장고, 세탁기(공용-1층-dry-다리미-1-2시간: 셔츠당 10바트)등은 사용할수 있었지만, 식기나 버너등은 없었습니다. 푸케타운까지는 택시(300바트)로 갈수 있고요, 오토바이크 하루 임대비 (250바트) 입니다..주유 가솔린 91 만땅 넣으면 90바트 정도 나오는데,,하루 종일 푸켓 돌아 다녀도 충분합니다. 그리고 영어 할수 있는 직원들이 거이 없어서,,낮에 Check-in 하는게 좋습니다. 그때 영어가 되는 직원이 있는데,,늦게 도착하면 퇴근하기 때문에,,약간의 언어적인 소통이 어려운 점도 있지만 대략 손짓 발짓 하면 이해합니다...직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 밤늦게 12시 넘어서 호텔에 도착하면 룸키를 대고 호텔에 들어갈수 있습니다. 호텔주변은,,마트도 있고 식당도 있습니다 하지만 바닷가나 도시 야경은 볼수 없습니다.

Прекрасный чистый отель, располагающийся совсем близко к торговым центрам Биг С и Теско. Останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом из Пхукета. Такси до аэропорта вышло дешевле, если заказать на ресепшн. Ночью отвезли в аэропорт. Номер отличный. Чистый. Все прекрасно

Ett lysande trevligt hotel med fräsch pool på taket. Vill man vara inom gångavstånd till central festival shoppingcenter, big C och Lotus är detta perfekt!
