Pros:

Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time. The hotel has loads of restaurants, pools and a couple of bars. Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing. Service was 10/10. Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great. We went to the spa one day and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!

Great honeymoon stay
Pros:

Went for our honeymoon. They did a little surprise for us. Was nice. Generally the hotel is great though. A combination of great staff and facilities. The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything. The staff were great. Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected! The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is.

Had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Hotel! The area is really nice, breakfast was delicious every morning, and the room was spacious and spotless. Staff were super friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend this place—will definitely visit again!

Exceptional property! Located close to Nakheel Mall and well-connected to clubs, bars, restaurants, and neighboring hotels along the beach via a charming cobbled path behind the property. Complimentary buggy rides are available throughout the day.

Highlights included the Indian restaurant (Miss India), the Vuvuzela Pub (small but lively), and fresh sushi - often part of the buffet. The staff were all unique, incredibly friendly, and eager to help. Not once did we encounter anyone who was rude or unprofessional.

This was our second stay at the Fairmont.

Unfortunately, I suffered an injury during my stay but hotel staff and management were helpful and tried there best to assist with the situation. The nurse at the hotel also does a great job of looking after the guests.

The hotel is very relaxing with great facilities. The food in Flow Kitchen and Asian Fusion was great and we enjoyed it very much. I would also like to mention most of the staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and care about their guests. Thanks again for looking after us.

The hotel was very nice, with plenty of choice when it comes to dining, relaxing and activities. Menu options in Flow Kitchen (Half Board Buffet-style) were extensive and food quality was great. There was a really good option to dine-around in other restaurants, some with surcharge, but not all. Fairmont is well-located, it's within short walking distance of a small mall and just a little further on is the larger Nakheel mall. As with many Palm hotels, the beach isn’t great and the water is a little stagnant. But, there are plenty of pool options to choose from. Staff in rhe Gold Lounge are worthy of special mention, and staff throughout the hotel were friendly, talkative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
