el hotel super comodo y agradable, el personal muy atento, a pie nos podíamos mover sin problema a la catedral o al centro de la ciudad, sobre la calle del hotel podamos tomar cómodamente los taxis para ir a lugares mas lejanos

Pros:

Nice personnel allowed me an early check in. The hotel is very close to the bus terminal Costa Line as well as city center. Upon reservation there was indication that breakfast was included but that was not the case. They only have breakfast certain days.

Nice place, good location and friendly staff. It is noisy, from the street and inside as the sound travels easily. Bathroom is very small.

Pros:

1. the promo photo of the reception is nothing like the real reception which is very small and cluttered
2. stale/hot air in room. the window well is sealed from the outside
3. no ceiling fan
4. bathroom smelled like sewer gas
5. no balcony as described
6. no breakfast as offered
7. coffee maker in room but buy your own water

I've stayed in several hotels in Taxco but never again here!

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación muy amplia a diferencia del baño que tal vez muchos encuentren incómodo, el personal muy atento y la cama deliciosa. El único inconveniente fue que la habitación no tiene ningún ventilador o aire acondicionado, la noche fue calurosa, fue suficiente con abrir la ventana, pero en el día si se necesita algo más.
