I thoroughly enjoyed how helpful the staff was. Jessica Susan remembered me from over 10 years ago when I worked at a hotel she stayed. It was amazing having our night stay at this property.

Ideal location for events at Intrust Bank Arena, Century II or The Opheum; attentive staff, spacious rooms, lovely views.

Beautiful but loud
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the room was well appointed. The drag racing and engine revving reverberating on the buildings downtown went on all night long. Noise canceling headphones partially blocked it out. It is no fault of the hotel and I hope a noise ordinance will change this for them. Until then I will pick a hotel far away from downtown.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel inside. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and black out curtains that allowed us to sleep until 10am each morning which is rare for us. The free airport pick up was amazing and such a relief at a late hour and after a long day of travel. Front desk staff was always friendly. The location is decent - we found some restaurants within a ten minute walk, and Ubers are easy to get to if we wanted to go farther. Not sure if we’ll ever end up in Wichita again but would definitely consider this hotel if we do. Not a single complaint.

Like Sleeping on a NASCAR Track
Pros:

If you enjoy race cars, drag cars, and motorcycles revving their engines outside of your hotel room until all hours of the morning, then this is the hotel for you! It was like sleeping in the middle of a NASCAR track. While this is not an indictment on the hotel, downtown Wichita has a serious problem of loud race cars dragging the city streets. This seems like a problem the City could quickly fix with a noise ordinance and some police oversight.

It was OK.
Pros:

The room was great and staff pleasant. The noise level outside was terrible and kept us up most of the night. When we made mention of it to the desk in the morning, they said there were earplugs and a noise canceling device in the room. They need to do better about informing guests of the street noise.

Мини бар разнообразный. Вкусная еда в номер. Чисто. Большой номер.

Cons:

Ночью под окнами были гонки или типо того. Начиная с 7 вечера и до утра. Спать было невозможно. Работники отеля очень странные. С ними не хочется пересекаться. В мини баре только алкоголь, безалкогольных напитков, кроме воды, вообще нет. Нельзя заказать или где-либо получить напитки к ужину в номер, из нужно дополнительно просить у официанта и их приносят отдельно. Мало средств для личной гигиены. В туалет нету двери. Только задвижка общая, которая разделяет ванную с самой комнатой.

Our Go to Place in Wichita
Pros:

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The Ambassador staff attended to our needs and provided impeccable recommendations for our entertainment. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The Ambassador is our preferred destination when in Wichita.
