Rome situation is very bad and they keep 500 qr. for deposit it is normal but problem will be only when you check out they show different excuses and problems and they will deduct from your deposit money they scam with everyone before going to this hotel Be careful I am mentioning some pictures of what kind of rooms they provide to the guests

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Starting from our check in, the receptionist was exceptionally unprofessional and rude in her tone when responding to questions. They insisted on a “deposit” even though we booked and paid our full stay online. The front of house manager seems to be running a scam on towels and accused us of not returning them. They made us wait more than 15mins for our refund upon checking out, when though I vocalized more than once that we needed to leave to make our flight. Furthermore, house keeping never arrived on our final two days for some reason leaving us with soiled towels and an untidy room.
They also charged us a 25 riyal for not having cash for the deposit payment, refusing to pay it back to us. I am convinced that they’re running a scam this way judging on all the similar experiences of others at this hotel. I do not recommend it, it’s over priced and outdated. You will get more at an even better hotel in West Bay, there is no shortage of it
Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.
If you're thinking of reserving in this hotel, I would not recommend it due to its manager and receptionist that are extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest with the quality of service that they're giving towards their costumer. They are very poor in handling costumers needs, concerns and quality of hospitality.
The manager to be specific is extremely rude as if they are the only hotel that can be stayed in doha. Unprofessional, incompetent, liar and unethical to handle costumers needs.
The costumer may not be always right yet the manager should point out the policy with more politeness without shouting at the costumer and make necessary consideration and arrangement.
Btw, if you call them ahead of time and confirm with your needs, they will change their statement after the booking was made in the hotel.
The magnum hotel management should be thinking of replacing their desk staffs with more qualified, hospitable and professional in dealing with costumers' matters. But despite it all, I do commend the door staff for being polite and courteous amidst what happened.

Bad experience, the hotel is so DIRTY, CACKROCHs are everywhere, bad staff behaviour, they need to train them well, when I woke up in the departure day I find my apartment door is open!!!! No security in this hotel.....
El apartamento de tres habitaciones es muy, muy amplia (150 m2 aproximadamente). Dos habitaciones con cama doble, una de ellas con baño completo ensuite y otra habitación con dos camas. Todas las habitaciones con tv de plasma. El salón es muy grande y cómodo con una gran mesa, y tres sofás. además del baño de la habitación principal, hay otro baño completo y un aseo en la entrada del apartamento. La cocina es independiente y tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, vitrocerámica con cinco fuegos, combi completo, lavadora y lavavajillas.
Ahora viene lo menos bueno que solo es referido a la parte de la cocina, no hay prácticamente menage de cocina, nos encontramos conn 3 tenedor y tres cuchillos y cuatro cucharas y solo dos sartenes pequeñas. He enumerado todo el menage. Les pedimos algo más nos dieron hasta completar seis cuchillos, seis tenedores y seis cucharas. Puedes cocinar pero cosas sencillas. También, como algo positivo es que te limpian el apartamento todos los días. También reseñar que te piden un depósito, en efectivo, nosotros les dimos 100 euros y fue suficiente.
An absolute nightmare!! Had an overnight stay with friends and family, aside from getting the room 1 hour late we were charged 100 QAR for a "missing towel" upon check-out. I asked the staff, how are we supposed to know how many towels were there in the room? No staff accompanied us during check-in, no checklist, whatsoever in the room. Then how will we know if there were 2, 3, 5, or even 10 towels there? They just kept saying "The room is complete upon turnover to the guest". I told them that we were MORE THAN WILLING to have our bags checked by them, but they just kept on insisting that the towels were complete when we checked in.
Special mention to MR. RAM, the "housekeeping supervisor" during our checkout. He is very unprofessional and arrogant! Immediately raised his voice when we questioned how many towels were supposed to be there.
We moved in Magnum hotel in February 2023 (me, my husband and 2 children), unfortunately we signed a contract for one year. As we were new in Doha and did not know better than.
Hotel is positioned 5 star. But in fact it is 2-3 star. When we first looked at it. I seemed ok. But to look and live is two different thongs. Once we moved in we found out that garbage premise on each floor is always full, and I mean full u can hardly open the door. Therefore we saw cockraches in the room. And hotel could not offer anything better but traps(((((( not to forget we have children.

Kitchen, bathrooms , some walles need a good renovation.
Pool are is so old. My son hurt his arm on sharp edge of brocken tiles.
Pool area is connected with asian restaurant and the smell in pool is like in the kitchen with fish production.
Any dialog with management with request to move out did not have any sucess. As per contract we have to pay penalty for breking contract earlier than a year.
But the most incredible thing is our nest door apartment.
Every weekend new one night residents have very loud party till morning. Security is passive about it. Every weekedn we call 4 times. Security comes and can not do anyting. So none can sleep in my apartment.

They are scammers by accusing customer of the broken appliances. All reviews about the scam are true so be careful coz you have to pay for the things that you have not done.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms and living room were really spacious. The kitchen was separated, which was nice. The whole suite could use an update. It's just dated. The customer service, I thought, was pretty good.
The guy from front desk was very rude. He was impolite already when we checked in and he was not professional up until the succeeding days. He’s using his phone with airpods in his ear. Moreover, there is construction happening as early as 7 am
First of all the hotel need some major renovation especially the kitchen.
We held the 1st birthday party of my baby in their 3 BR APT w/ a very close approx 20 friends & family visitors.
In our master bedroom w/ attached bathroom theres only 1 bath towel that me & my husband shared and didnt think much about it. At the check out we were asked to pay for 150 Qar for 1 bathtowel missing. I told them they can check our luggage, i even called my friends to check.
I argue with them if 1 my guest took the towel why they will go inside our room if theres 2 available towel in common bathroom.
But they are arguing this piece of paper that apparently a proof, i should've ask for a CCTV but we were so tired and want to go home.
Also the supervisor handled the situation are very rude.
I have no clue how this is a 5-star hotel. It has a boutique vibe and some cute furniture but it is in need of repair throughout. The unit we stayed in had no hot water for showers and very uncomfortable beds, but sweeping views of the waterfront. We ate breakfast at one of the restaurants; it was expensive and not great. The pool area had a hot tub that was tiny with tiles cracked everywhere. Overall, I think the rating was inflated for the World Cup. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
I didn't go far around town just kinda When you are away for more than a year and you are surprised that the situation is not comfortable, the hotel is rather high in price, and you do not find the prices on their websites, this situation is strange
