Didn’t stay paid money for nothing couldn’t stay there because they didn’t want to upgrade my room to a double and you a

Property was ok the front desk girl or boy named Damian was rude and was not willing to help or accommodate us in changing rooms

Cons:

I didn’t like that on the website it said queen bed and sofa sleeper and it was a small little mattress on the window seal not even my small granddaughter could sleep in it my husband tried switching rooms up grade it to a double queen and the front desk was not willing to help we offered to pay the difference but no she said she couldn’t do it so we ended up leaving my granddaughter was not going to sleep in floor no towels in swimming pool area didn’t want to give us towels ice machine didn’t work either so it kinda sucked

Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I had a great stay. Staff was awesome, would stay again. I stayed 4 days and i had a great stay. Koda was very gracious in providing me.with a great price. Thank you
