A Wonderful Well Appointed Hotel!
Pros:

Everything about The Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamis was exceptional. The staff was kind and attentive including the front desk manager that checked me in. House Keeping was super fast. My room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was awesome and room service was quick and easy. I ate at both roof top restaurants which were both terrific. Sadly, I did not have the opportunity to use the gym or spa and both looked amazing. If I return to Istanbul I would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommended!

Wie zu Hause! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und wie immer war es hervorragend. Ein tolles Hotel, sehr gut geführt, sehr sauber und vor allem extrem freundliches Personal. Top Frühstück top Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder.
Eine Rezeption war Barīś sehr zuvorkommend und sollte erwähnt werden. Außerdem unser Zimmermädchen auf der vierten Etage deren Namen ist leider nicht weiß (eine kleine Asiatin), die immer extrem gut sauber gemacht hat und freundlich war. Zu guter letzt noch Ayśe Merve, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden hat und eine besondere Erwähnung verdient. Tolle Leute, tolles Hotel. Wir kommen wieder.

Five days with family
Pros:

Good hotel. We stayed here with our family and three children, and the hotel provided us with two convenient connecting rooms. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We chose the half-board option (breakfast and dinner) and did not regret it. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of food. The hotel and restaurant staff were always very polite, friendly, and helpful.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location is great, especially for families with children, as there are playgrounds and a beautiful waterfront promenade nearby. We would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

There were no major drawbacks. However, the elevators could be quite busy at times, and dinner orders in the restaurant sometimes took around 40 minutes to arrive. Also, the minibar refrigerator was completely filled with paid drinks, leaving little or no space to store personal items.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return in the future.
