Very UNcomfortable stay., I feel like I was deceived: I usually use minibar and toiletries, but not cost over 600 euro 😠

Scam : you will PAY a lot for EVERYTHING you found in the room and BATHROOM! And price for every item is just non-sense.. and of course unknown - during check in they prefer to keep silent about extra costs. Mini bar is not just food and drinks on the fridge - it’s everything in the room and bathroom , and hotel will charge you extra at insane cost!

Disappointing - this is not representative of a 5* establishment
Pros:

Okay location. Spa was minimal but satisfactory of you want a quick sauna or steam room visit. Breakfast spread was reasonable.

Cons:

Rooms are dated and worn, with grout that needs replacing and wooden door frames and skirting boards that are chipped. My shower leaked on the floor (probably seal needs replacing). I was given another room instead. Used QR code for customer service - a standard reply was sent hours later. An AI system is used for Room Service - which tells you half the menu is unavailable then the order doesn't go through to the kitchen. When I finally called to chase up and eventually spoke to a human, it was too late to eat so I went hungry and disappointed. No effort was made to compensate the dangerous leak on the bathroom floor, moving room or the lack of room service. I would try a different hotel in future.

Pros:

Every staff member that we encountered at the Wyndham were so lovely and helpful, a special shout out to Baris at reception.

The location was good in Kalamis, which is a residential area and very close to the Fenerbahce stadium.

Cons:

The prices in the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant were outrageous, it was €21 for an Aperol Spritz with no discount for hotel residents.

Ich würde nochmals gehen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ebenfalls.

Cons:

In Raucherzimmern kann es vorkommen, dass ein Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar ist – bei uns war der Geruch allerdings sehr stark und unangenehm.

Room very comfortable. Location perfect for our needs. Breakfast had lots of choice.

Cons:

Breakfast good but staff were slow to offer tea and coffee. One day we didn't get offered tea or coffee at all. No herbal teas available such as chanomile or mint which are pretty standard in most hotels.

Absolutely Gorgeous Stay, Amazing food and Superb Views!
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous rooms! We had a partial sea view but we could enjoy the sea views from there. The staff were extremely polite and accommodated all our requests. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with the most amazing views. We enjoyed the indoor and the outdoor pool and some of the best food. The location is good, 10 min to the closes Marmaray and 20 min from Kadikoy Metro M4. We literally walked to the main market and food street through the Marina.

Cons:

The hotel also has a disco so some rooms might get some noise. But they have quiet rooms, so you just need to tell your preference and they will accommodate it.

Comfortabel, maar een beetje outdated. Ik verkies toch een kleiner hotel dan dit waar ik me minder bekeken voel en waar

Locatie, bed

Cons:

Soms kwam er bruin water uit de douche. Stoffige kamers (stof werd door housekeeping niet goed afgenomen van lampenkappen, spiegels, ornamenten, …). Geen geluidsdichte kamers, vaak niet op mijn gemak wegens te opdringerig personeel en anderzijds personeel die net wel of geen attentie geeft (geen gezond evenwicht ertussen).
