Very good but rooms weren’t sound proof as advertised
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and the rooms were clean. The services at the hotel were outstanding

Cons:

The room was advertised as sound proof although I found it difficult to sleep as I could hear noise from the next room and from the corridor

Best hotel on Asian side
Pros:

Great location and we keep staying here every time we visit Istanbul. I love the rooftop pool and bar in summer.

Cons:

Some rooms need renovation. And hotel offers some smoking rooms or some people smoke without permission and you could smell in some rooms. But once we complained they changed the room very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast had an impressive selection and variety of food.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a great location with many good restaurants and children’s playgrounds close by.

Cons:

Decor was a little tired, and would be nice to have a stand alone shower.

Not bad, but spa and pool need improvement for hotel guests
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool area was crowded with outside sports club guests, and they wouldn’t allow us to swim without swim-caps, the pool, hot tub/ jacuzzi had dirt/ mold on it.
