Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und haben keine Beschwerden.
Pros:

Vor allem möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals hervorheben. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Parkservice war sehr angenehm und gut organisiert.

Pros:

Lage, Spa Bereich und Comfort des Bettes

Cons:

Zimmer direkt unter der Hotelbar mit 1a Soundübertragung. Man hätte auch in der Bar versuchen können zu schlafen. Für knapp 200€ bekommt man eine Schlaferfahrung wie im Hostel. Gut wer sich jung fühlen möchte, blöd wer einfach nur um 1 Uhr mal schlafen will. Zimmer war muffig und hat nach altem Raucherzimmer gerochen. Desinteressierter Service.

Pros:

Красивый вид из бассейна на крыше и ресторана. Просторное спа.

Cons:

Отель уже достаточно старый, все чисто но требует обновления.
В номерах с видом на город очень шумно, дорога прям под окнами.

A wonderful and relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful districts of the Asian part of Istanbul
Pros:

The design and location of the hotel is perfect. There are two outdoor pools, the terrace pool cannot be used by children under age of 12 if you plan family trips with younger children. The requirement for an indoor pool are swim caps which can be bought at the spa reception in case you do not bring your own.

Cons:

Children aged 7 are regarded as adults and charged as adults in the hotel, but we had only one king bed in our room, no additional bed for our child of 7 years, so these details can be paid more attention to.
