Not happy with the way the damage to my car was handled. Or I should say not handled.

Room was nice and updated in the pool was clean

Cons:

Extremely noisy. We only checked into our room and we're there for about an hour when we left to go out to dinner and there was something all over the hood of my car. I couldn't figure out what it was so I took the ice bucket and filled it with water a couple of times and tried to rinse it off. The next day, while we were at the pool, I saw a member of the housekeeping staff or dumping dirty mop water over the second floor railing so I'm guessing that was what was all over my car the day before. I took it through the car wash and it still won't come off. I am fearful that it has damaged the clearcoat. This is a brand new car!
When I went to the office to address it, she was on her phone and barely even looked up while she was talking to me. She did apologize and then said it was "just mop water with Fabulosa in it".
I obtained an email address for the owner of the motel and emailed them on Thursday and still have not gotten a response back.

Most of these minor problems wouldn’t have mattered if I had been able to sleep.
Pros:

The pool was very nice. The room looked nice and was very clean.

Cons:

Couldn’t sleep with bright light outside shining in around curtains, and repetitive loud machinery noise. No deadbolt on door. No clock, phone didn’t work to call front desk, had to walk over there with a question. No elevator- ice on second floor, no liner for ice bucket. No hangers.

Overall, I would stay there again. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Location was very good. Room very nice. Clean rooms. Rooms much nicer that the outside appearance of building. Needs a facelift. The outside of the building is aged. Very nice spot for long weekend for couples.
