Very disappointed with our stay, for multiple reasons. We’re pretty chill travelers but when you have a baby with you there’s certain things you need…
1. The front desk guy was talking on the phone for a good 5min while I was standing there to check in
2. The room smelled disgusting
3. The room was not clean, there was someone’s chapstick still under a table
4. No towels OR toilet paper???! When we called down to get some delivered to our room it took 30+ min…
5. Pillows were literally nothing to them
6. Was told by the guy at check in that check out was 12pm and got kicked out at 11am
7. We couldn't even watch the T.V. there was a huge glitch/line throughout it
Again - we’re not picky travelers, but I would definitely not stay here again or recommend staying here.

I waited 4 hours to check in, the front desk was rude, I had to wait even longer to get my room because they gave my room original room to others. It was hard to sleep at night due to the overwhelming amount of noise, there was a smell coming from my room.

The bright lights that come on at night makes it hard to sleep. There was no toilet paper. Our room wasn't clean, no one swept we had to wipe down everything before we used it. Dirty sock from previous guess was behind the bathroom door. If the hotel invested in real cleaning services it would be considered a nice room.

Not clean, arrived to no toilet paper and only 1 towel. Smelled really bad of stale cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. Asked for towels and was continually given floor mats. Base of toilet was not clean. Out of soap, and shampoo. Had to purchase our own soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

The attitude of the guy in the lobby out in the parking lot. The 7-11 at 6am and the noisy sirens at night.

Deadbolt did not work, smoke detector was removed from wall, shower was dirty, no soap in dispenser by the sink.

Room was not clean. The towels were not washed and just folded for the next guest. "Stuff" was on the towels and they were damp. It wasn't due to the rainy day because of seeing stuff on the towels. I couldn't believe it.
Pants from the last guest left in bathroom, hair on the tub, fuzz ball in corner of bathroom.
I tried two rooms and the same situation with dirty towels. When I asked for clean ones, they only had one to provide us with. The hotel was not full as we were definitely in off season.
Because we were past the cancellation date of our reservation, we had to pay for half of our reservation. (2 nights out of 4). I felt we should have gotten a full refund due to the towel issue, but we did not. Unbelievable that the hotel would recycle towels. I kid you not! This wasn't a 3rd world country were maybe you would experience something like that...
The refrigerator did not work. I had counted on having one so we could eat some meals in our room.
We high tailed it out of there for another hotel after the second dirty room with pre-used towels.
I had hoped in off season that about $90 a night would be a fair price for a lower scale hotel with decent reviews. Aweful, you get what you pay for.

Wasn’t clean at all. No signal on the television.No refund even though we didn’t stay at all after seeing the conditions.

It smelled bad, the first room like cigarettes the second perfume, the third chemicals

They said they had an elevator but it was out of order so we had to climb to the top floor. At our age seniors that was hard. Couldn't understand the check in person. Too much noise all night!!!!!!!

I don’t see enough of the reviews mentioning the sink and how it was literally overlapping the toilet - that was really uncomfortable. That space was so small The pillows .. oh lord. Flat like pancakes. Simply awful. I’m not exaggerating Putting two together didn’t even equal one regular pillow. If you’re staying here please heed my warning and bring your own!! Also being on the 3rd floor left much to be desired. Next time if we would stay here, we would definitely request a lower floor.
