Pros:

Perfect location for exploring The Hague. All clean and comfortable. I paid an extra few pounds for a room on the quieter side. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly. All in all a lovely stay for a short break in a lovely city. I would definitely return.

Work trip in the Hague
Pros:

The location is great, close to the station and the area has bars, supermarkets and it's well connected with public transport. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is decent. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially Ella, Alex and Lele that work at the breakfast area. Thank you :)

La sua posizione è eccellente! A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e in pieno centro. Permette di visitare l'Aia a piedi.
Camera pulita e ordinata.

Great place to stay, and I would happily choose it again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very good, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The train station is just a 15-minute walk away.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day.

My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also really appreciated the option for early check-in and late check-out, which added extra flexibility to my trip.

Hotel was central to activities I had planned to do.

Ontbijt prima. Locatie heel centraal en op loopafstand van station.

Cons:

Te veel geluid 's avonds en 's nachts vanaf het Plein met restaurants, cafés e.d. De ramen zouden beter geluidswerend moeten worden gemaakt.
Dekbed op 2-persoonsbed was te smal.

Ontbijt boven de verwachting en vriendelijke verwelkoming iedere morgen.
Personeel balie: uitstekend, zelfs geen probleem om telefoontje te doen naar een museum.
Veilig hotel, scannen om naar etages te gaan.
Service op de kamer: thee en koffie! Thx. Rustig en nabij binnenstad.
Gemist: een WC borstel op de kamer.
Raad zeker het hotel aan familie en vrienden en...

Great location for the price
Pros:

Decent room, got placed in a low level room with a window facing street level. Really really hard to sleep in a busy night as it’s close to lots of bars. The staff was really helpful specially Lele Beverly at breakfast. She has very helpful and make sure everything was good for guests.
