Disappointing Experience
I was unhappy with my stay at this hotel. The room cleanliness was poor, and basic facilities were not in good condition. Customer service needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Peaceful hotel located in hart of the Colombo. Garte hospitality of the staff and very friendly. We had our stay for 2 nights I wished if we could stay more.
This is a boutique hotel in the heart of Colombo. It was our first hotel on our trip to Sri Lanka and as we have found with all the people we have encountered the staff were very welcoming. There was a spa with massages reasonably priced. The rooms are good size and well maintained. My only slight criticism would be the lack of a extensive dinner menu but having said that the breakfast was very good.
Unsatisfied service. Alot to improve. Even basic service standards are not there. Cleanliness is sub par too. Waste of money

Frühstück war sehr chaotisch und unregelmässig abunzu war Buffet abunzu Menu, ohne jeglich Info wann was war.
The hotel was fine, I would like to commend the team who works during day time at the pool area on their fantastic service and hospitality. They made sure we were taken care of alongside Alaam at reception who was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Good location for getting to.places in Colombo but on a noisy road
The spa was closed when I stayed which was the reason that I booked the hotel.
I feel this should have been flagged before booking.

I return to Colombo Court Hotel and Spa on each trip I make to Colombo. The staff are friendly and accommodating, it is well located, and the rooms are comfortable and well proportioned. There are plenty of common areas, including the pool, foyer and restaurant to sit and relax.

Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Very spacious, clean & well equipped room with everything we needed. Large, comfortable bed & pillows.
Nothing, it was all good.
Words are not enough to praise the friendliness of the staff. People like Buddhima (an intern with truly outstanding warmth and kindness) make the stay much more pleasant. We really enjoyed the dinner and the young man who served us; besides his friendliness, he shared his knowledge with us as he attended to us. I don’t recall his name, but it was something like Zafran.
The food was amazing and the room was perfect for resting. We highly recommend it.
This boutique hotel is excellent as the rooms are very comfortable and all the eating and dining facilities offer a great choice. It's well located and the pool a welcome retreat from the heat. My only small complaint would be is the lack of information in the rooms about facilities available in the hotel. Local info is also lacking. All of that could be put on their website. For example, I was going to book a spa treatment but it's shut on Monday and Tuesdays so I lost out.
Sehr schönes Hotel, super sauber und überaus freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber so war es von uns auch gewollt. Schönes Restaurant oben auf dem Dach mit sehr leckerem Essen. Wir waren sowohl am Anfang als auch am Ende unserer Reise dort.
