Thank you note to Colombo court management
Pros:

It was pleasure staying in Colombo court hotel and spa. Location was ideal for us because it was very close to University of Colombo and the local markets. Food was healthy and delicious. Service at the pool side restaurant was excellent. I loved the healthy breakfast fast served by the most genuine young man named Manula. His smile and kind gesture made our days.

Massage at the hotel

Better than Taj Samudra!
Pros:

The location was central to everything. The room was perfect and neat and clean. The staff was polite. Better than Taj Samudra. I really loved the room and the bath tub.

Great hotel with eveything you need and very easy to get into the centre of Colombo
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and tastsy, pool area clean and relaxing spot
The upstairs bar & restaurant was a great spot for an evening drink and bite to eat and watch the sun go down.
All staff very accomodating, our meal was delicious.

Cons:

Our room was located just down from the reception area we found it noisy late at night (after 10pm) with people speaking loudly in reception also the recorded background music was playing very late into the night perhaps turn the volume down /or off after 10pm and maybe better sound proofing for that room.

Given its location, it served a purpose but I am unlikely to stay there again.
Pros:

It is a great location and the ambiance in the living areas is excellent. It is an old house that has been tastefully redecorated.

Cons:

The lack of a lift to get to the bedrooms. The spa was good but over priced in the context of similar spas in Colombo.

Pros:

We really liked the roof top restaurant in all aspects. We also thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast under the trees near the pool. We found all the staff to be very professional and friendly.
