Short stay and was nice
Pros:

The style and the location, the staffs were friendly, the location just walking distance to the mosque and restaurant, what surprised me was you can drink everything in the fridge for free.

Cons:

The room little bit too small but still ok and they dont have water spray at the toilet.

Die Zimmer waren sauber , Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss haben keine Zimmer zum rausschauen. Das sollte man beachten.

Pros:

Location is conveniently close by to halal eatery and transport terminal. Staff very friendly and helpful one of the bonus points. Comfortable with good facilities. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to staying at the Sultan again in the near future.

My family relatively enjoyed our stay despite some lack of amenities
Pros:

The location & staff & accessibility are excellent

Cons:

1) No bidet facility in the toilet
2) no microwave
3) no prayer mat in the room. Need to request from housekeeping
4) no mirror in the room

Great, would stay here again
Pros:

- Great location especially for muslims as there are a lot of halal restaurants nearby (recommend dim Sum palace)
- nearby MRT Bugis (10min walk)
- very clean, we saw them clean the rooms, they do it very detailed
- Staff is friendly, we got a bigger room as we had a lot of luggage. Especially Tang was very helpful during our stay.

Pros:

The location was brilliant - away from the big hotels but close to restaurants etc.

Cons:

Better soundproofing - it did get noisy at the end of the night. Also, please intstall a bum-washer in the toilet.

We had a attic room which was rather small and didn’t have any windows. Was okay for a short stay but wouldn’t recommend for a longer trip

A unique experience in Singapore
Pros:

Love the surrounding with abundance of food choices, both costly and economical. Located near the Arab street area is a plus, when we could spend an afternoon venturing into the small lanes of shopping and food hunting. Hotel was converted from a row of old shophouses. Enjoyed the cultural vibe while staying there. Staff was friendly enough. No screaming kids running around the lobby, which was a plus point for us.

Cons:

Not near any subway station. But near several bus stops. If it rains, you are typically trapped because there is no shelter to anywhere else other than the doorstep of the hotel.

This is a beautiful heritage hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The Sultan is in a fabulous location for exploring Kompang Glam and little India- incredible food all around you! The hotel is charming and comfortable with very helpful staff.

Great location
Pros:

The location was great, with transport, restaurants and places to visit all within easy walking distance.
The staff were all very professional, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The corridors could be very noisy at night as it was almost impossible to close the room doors quietly. It would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom, rather than relying on the dimly lit one in the bathroom.
