Very individual hotel with a lot of nice features. Very friendly and helpful personal, very clean

Cons:

If you don’t book the Maisonette (which is the best choice) the noise of the traffic is disturbingly loud

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, cute decorations as the hotel was renovated. It is a comfortable and very nice boutique hotel. Close to the center allows for good tours around Singapore.

Cons:

There is no breakfast included, however we knew that when booking.

Nice quiet hotel on edge of lively area
Pros:

Perfectly situated on the edge of the lively Arabic quarter with excellent street life, shops and restaurants around and a very boho theme to the area. We loved the Sultan, which has excellent and very friendly staff. The room was certainly quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and we will stay here next time we're in Singapore!

Fabulous. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. Fantastic location. Beautiful building and courtyards. Staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground level facing the road behind the hotel. It was quite noisy with traffic and pedestrian traffic. Quite a bit of noise from the guests in rooms above too one night.

Great location in the heart of the Arab Quarters.
Pros:

In the middle of the old Arab Quarters of Singapore with lots of great restaurants close by the Sultan Hotel is located in a lovely renovated old building with an attached restaurant.

Cons:

A little cramped but it is Singapore after all.
