Excellent stay all the way around. Property and staff were great.
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is located close to so many amenities including shopping, bars, and restaurants. We had one small issue with the room that wasn't anybody's fault and the staff was great to address it immediately and made things right for us.

AN EXCELLENT STAY IN A GOOD LOCATION
Pros:

Our room was excellent, being big and elegantly decorated with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. The bar restaurant on the ground floor was very good for a cocktail. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

For us older people, the bar was made less attractive by a DJ playing loud electronic type music!

O hotel era excelente, com ótima localização na Market St, perto de todos os comércios e com muito transporte público ao redor. O quarto era amplo, confortável, limpo e muito bem decorado. Para a qualidade do hotel, o preço também era muito bom. Super recomendo!

Cons:

Só duas coisas foram meio ruins, mas não desabonam o conjunto da obra: a primeira reclamação é sobre a equipe da recepção. São poucos solicitos e não ajudam em nada, além de ter me parecido que, às vezes, eram irônicos nas respostas dos nossos questionamentos. A segunda reclamação é sobre a ausência de comunicação sobre o banheiro ser completamente aberto. O vaso sanitário era num local que quem estava na cama conseguia ver e a porta era de vidro. Embora eu estivesse com meu namorado, achei isso péssimo.

Wonderful stay, will definitely recommend
Pros:

Love that it’s close to everything

Cons:

The rooms are beautiful however the dim lighting isn’t always good when you want to see things sharply, staff were amazing and sent me up a portable mirror so I could put make up on near a window
