Pros:

The Location is perfect, Greenbelt is across the road, shops , cafes and restaurants.
The Hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
The staff ... this is were your stay becomes an experience or a past memory.
The staff are absolutely fabulous! Very polite and welcoming. The staff at Macaron Cafe definitely make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Fantastic service and exceptional service.

Cons:

There's nothing i can say , for improvement. Fairmont Hotel has ticked all the boxes.

Birthday Stay

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jai, who assisted us to the front desk. Her simple yet thoughtful gesture of apologizing for the short queue was genuinely appreciated and immediately set the tone for our stay. KC from Concierge also welcomed us warmly, and during check-in, Aaron was efficient and thoughtful, even offering complimentary drinks while we waited for our room.

What made the experience even more special was DM Ram personally assisting us to our room, a gesture that felt very sincere and well appreciated. Throughout our stay, everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and always smiling, despite the busy season. Special mentions as well to Ella and Kate at the lounge, Anna who assisted us during check-out, Eruelle at the café for dinner and breakfast, and Inah the duty manager, who personally sent us off.

The stay was extremely comfortable, homey, and relaxing. You could truly feel the genuine care and hospitality from the entire team, which made my birthday celebration even more memorable.

Thank you to the Fairmont Makati team for such a heartfelt and exceptional stay. We will most definitely be back.

A very nice hotel in Makati . Good location with lot of restaurants and shopping malls in walking distance . Spacious rooms and bathrooms . A good spa. Breakfast is good. Has a Indian counter also. Service of Mr. Puri in front desk and his team was particularly very praiseworthy
