Pros:

Fabulous property! Loved the restaurants and pool areas! Rooms were super spacious and clean and staff were outstanding.

Cons:

The only small downside might be its location! You need transport to get anyway as it’s located just off the national highway so not really able to walk anywhere

Pros:

Everything except the spread for the buffet. We went with the half- board plan, so dinner and breakfast were buffet. There were less options than what we have heard from friends. The taste was just good not the best tasted so far. But overall stay, rooms, and pool were good. Pleasant experience although the food is something that could have been better. Perhaps due to the lpg issue.

A lovely experience overall—worth coming back for.
Pros:

Our recent staycation with the kids was truly wonderful. From the security team to the front office, housekeeping, room service, and valet parking staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout our stay.

They went the extra mile to make the kids feel special and thoughtfully arranged a lovely surprise just as I had requested—it was beautifully executed.

We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Cons:

A couple of minor areas for improvement—nothing major. The telephone connection seemed a bit loose and needed adjustment each time it was used. Also, the washroom faucet had a slight leak and minor malfunction.

Friendly hotel, with nice rooms and view. Very nice staff but over priced drinks.
Pros:

We stayed here for a few days as we could not leave India due to our flight being cancelled. the staff were wonderful, our room was lovely, the view was amazing. They made us feel at home. Such a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff took great care to make sure our rooms were kept nice every day, they were great.

Cons:

More sunbeds around the pool - its is a nice pool but there is not enough places to sit or enough umbrellas.
Drinks are over priced - they do not need to be so expensive, they cost more then London.
