Pros:

Закуската беше добра и имаше къде да се паркира , персонала любезен.
Както на всякъде в Турция .

Cons:

Направих резервация за голяма премиум стая с панорама- гледка към града , за която платих по-скъпо .
При настаняването ми дадоха обикновена двойна стая , и се наложи да се връщам и обяснявам на рецепция .. след което ми дадоха по-голямата стая НО , гледката беше към задния двор и се почувствах излъган . Не съм се оплаквал повече ..
Хотела е стар и скоро не е обновяван , ние сме непушачи и се усеща още като влезеш по коридорите .
Не бих повторил в този хотел .

Stanze grandi e molto accoglienti, funzionale la vasca a idromassaggio. Pulizia ok. Buona la colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff alla reception un po' confusionario, ma.. lavora sodo.

Cons:

Da.migliorare la manutenzione delle camere e degli impianti, così come delle aree comuni.

الموضفه في الاستقبال اعطتني غرفه غير جيده و اعطتني غرفه من غير سجاد و ارضية الغرف بارده من البورسالين
و اكتشفت ان عندهم غرف فيها سجاد

فندق جيد جدا و مسبح داخلي جميل و ميه ساخنه

Cons:

الغرفه لم تعجبني لانها وضيتها من البلاط ليس سجاد او خشب كانت بارده و الموضف قال لي ليش لدي غرف بسجاد و اكتشفت ان يوجد لديه غرف ارضيتها سجاد

Нам понравился отель, персонал и расположение. Нормальные завтраки, большой термальный бассейн. Рядом много магазинов продуктовых и кафешек. Это не премиум отель, но очень достойный. Номер хороший. Тихо, чисто.

Havuzu büyüktü ve sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Hamam küçüktü ama güzel ve temizdi. Çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Odalar temizdi. Personellerin iletişimi iyiydi. Geçen yıl da aynı tarihlerde yine bu otelde kalmıştık. Beğendiğimiz için yine geldik.

Cons:

Sevmediğim tek kısım gece olunca kaloriferin kapatılması.

فقط انه بجانب الخدمات

الازعاج لم ننم منذ 3 ايام اطفال ومراهقين وصراخ بالممرات لايوجد احترام للنزلاء بالفندق ولا لكبار السن ولا قانون يمنع الصراخ والازعاج لن نكرر التجربه ابدا

We had all the comfort we wanted! Large room, with heating/air conditioning, kettle (for tea/coffee), minibar, hot tub, TV, permanent hot water! Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The thermal pool is wonderful (36-38 °), has sauna and massage options, and free parking. Nearby you have very good restaurants, a minimarket, and the Karagöz museum. The staff is very well prepared and ready to respond to any request. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Odamızı ekstra ücret talep etmeden standart odadan executive odaya çevirdiler. Odaya girer girmez güzel bir ikramda bulundular. Yemeklerin porsiyonları oldukça fazlaydı. Fiyatları da makuldu. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyor.

В принципе почти все понравилось,особенно расположение,рядом был пешеходный островок улицы и поднявшись чуть вперед можно было любоваться видами на всю Бурсу, все кафе, магазины также доступны...

Cons:

В номере не хватало балкона или лоджии, также нет полотенцесушителя чтобы быстрее сохли мокрые вещи..В спа центре не хватает джакузи с прохладной водой,термальная вода очень горячая и охладиться почти не представляет возможности....
