Cons:

Organisation beim Frühstück war chaotisch. Das Personal konnte das Gästeaufkommen nicht handhaben.
Fehlendes wurde nur schleppend nachgelegt.

Goed hotel op goede locatie. Inclusief parkeerplaats
Pros:

Het hotel is op een goede locatie met gratis parkeerplaats. De kamer was prima. Geen airco in ons geval. Maar was ook niet nodig. Het ontbijt is perfect.

Restaurant, le comportement du personnel.
L'accueil n'est pas très agréable.Si vous n'avez pas réservé, alors qu'il y a plusieurs tables de disponibles, vous êtes reçus assez froidement.Le serveur qui a pris notre commande s'est trompé de plat et n'a jamais voulu reconnaître son erreur.Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel , a qui j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement, était manifestement désolé et m'a offert un cadeau en guise de dédommagement..Ce geste m'a touchée et je ne garde pas rigueur envers l'hôtel.Je précise que le réceptionniste parlait français, ce que j'ai apprécié.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, weil sehr nahe dem historischen Stadtkern. Hotelzimmer Souterrain, für den Preis nicht angemessen! Leider wg Überfüllung nichts anderes zu bekommen
Zimmerservice gut, Service insgesamt freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Frühstück mittelmäßig, einer von 2 Kaffeeautomaten defekt! Gäste standen an allen Stellen des Frühstückbüffets schlange, sehr nervenaufreibend!

We hebben genoten van Rothenburg en omgeving mede dankzij het comfort van hotel Rappen
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij het centrum en toch rustig, het ontbijtbuffet, de ruime kamers, de comfortabele bedden, het vriendelijke personeel, de aanwezigheid van een grote parkeergelegenheid.

Ottima la colazione. Posizione vicino al centro. Molto parcheggio gratuito a disposizione.

missing curtains in my room - window was see through in the bathroom ; room right under the roof without AC - very hot nights in there.

Great breakfast and location but real shame about the characterless room.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic - buffet with a huge amount of choice. I especially enjoyed facilitating the largest Nutella jar ever !!!! The location is excellent - a 1 minute walk to the city walls.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing - small and with no character whatsoever. Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room nor a fridge. All very basic.

Cons:

Kaffee Geschmackssache. Betten unbequem und Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Hund mit 20 Euro am Tag sehr teuer

Würde ich in jedem Fall für einen Städtetrip wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Kostenloser Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit unglaublich vielen Müsli, Cornflakes, Körnern und Nüssen.
Schön war auch der zugehörige Biergarten, wo man tagsüber oder abends sitzen kann.

Cons:

Das normale Zimmer war recht klein und dunkel. Aber passte zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man ein grösseres Zimmer wählen.
