Pros:

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, excellent location for the Viale delle Capelle, good price, nice balcony with spectacular view.

Cons:

Bathroom was nice, but had to climb stairs to get to it. Wifi didn't work in the room and nobody seemed very interested in getting it fixed, had to go downstairs for wifi. No desk or chair inside room. Small, irritating things that detract from a magical setting.

Un Hotel qui mérite vraiment de passer quelques nuits.
Pros:

Personnel et accueil très gentil et très professionnel. situation géographique et vue d'exception. un lieu hors du monde très bien tenu par son directeur. (Merci encore, mille fois, pour avoir solutionné mon erreur de réservation).

Pros:

Praticamente tutto...dalla posizione, la vista meravigliosa, la cordialità, simpatia, l'interno e l'esterno...e l'aria fantastica.

Cons:

Purtroppo...a malincuore devo segnalare la mancanza di aria condizionata...! Il responsabile ci ha spiegato che è dovuto al fatto che è patrimonio UNESCO e che le temperature sono sempre state più basse e nn ce ne è mai stato bisogno...
Quindi...abbiamo apprezzato la sua gentile spiegazione...na resta cmq il fatto che di notte abbiamo sudato...

De beaux atouts, mais trop d’inconvénients pour y retourner.
Pros:

La chambre était d’une propreté impeccable, avec une literie confortable et une grande salle de bain. Nous avons également apprécié le parquet, qui donne beaucoup de charme à la chambre. Le personnel était professionnel, accueillant et agréable. La pression de la douche était bonne, les cafés et cappuccinos très réussis, et l’hôtel bénéficie d’une très belle vue.

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation est, selon nous, le principal problème. En période de forte chaleur, laisser la fenêtre ouverte le soir ne suffit pas à rafraîchir réellement la chambre, même avec le ventilateur mis à disposition. Le choix devient alors assez désagréable : dormir fenêtres ouvertes avec les moustiques, ou fenêtres fermées avec la chaleur. Nous avons testé les deux solutions pendant nos deux nuits sur place.

La salle de bain est spacieuse, mais la douche elle-même est petite, environ 1 m × 1 m, avec un simple rideau de douche qui bouge et n’est pas très pratique.

Le petit déjeuner nous a également déçus. Le choix est assez limité et reste vraiment basique. Il n’était notamment pas possible d’avoir des œufs brouillés ou des œufs au plat. Les œufs durs proposés n’étaient même pas correctement cuits. Dans l’ensemble, on trouve le strict nécessaire, sans plus.

Enfin, en période estivale, mieux vaut rentrer tôt à l’hôtel si l’on souhaite trouver facilement une place de parking. En revenant vers 21h30 après avoir dîné à Varèse, le parking était complet et nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à nous garer. Les manœuvres peuvent être particulièrement délicates avec un 4x4 ou une voiture familiale.

En résumé, l’hôtel possède de vrais points positifs, notamment sa propreté, son personnel et sa vue, mais les inconvénients ont trop pesé dans notre expérience. Si c’était à refaire, nous ne choisirions pas cet hôtel.

Beautifuly chaotic !
Pros:

The view was stunning!! The peaceful and secluded room overlooking the lake ahead was wonderful, being on a sacred mountain surrounded by history.

Cons:

The lack of facilities in the hotel (due to renovation) we ate at the sister hotel, the breakfast service was very chaotic and slow, the breakfast itself was nice.

It's a beautiful location, very nice staff, we had a room with a view and a porch to sit out and enjoy the relatively cool weather
the bead was good
There is a parking space for guests
A very good breakfast, we prefer more fresh vegetables

Cons:

The shower is for small people, but you can manage.
Please include a kettle, milk, tea, and coffee in the room so you can sit and relax in comfort.
Italy is known for mosquitoes; we had our share too.

Pros:

Super mooi oud hotel alsof je terug in de tijd gaat met een grandioos uitzicht. we zouden 1 nacht verblijven maar waren zo onder de indruk dat we 2 nachten zijn gebleven.
