Goede locatie, prettig contact met medewerkster.

Cons:

Het was ijskoud in het appartement (februari), omdat de vloer ook van tegels is (in de zomer waarschijnlijk prettig) was het nog onaangenamer. Het appartement (in dependance) was erg ongezellig en kaal ingericht. Prima voor een nacht maar niet om langer te verblijven.

Nagyon jó helyen fekszik a szálláshely.Rövid sétára van a tó,éttermek,kávézók,tömegközlekedés.Kapukóddal gyorsan,egyszerűen tudtuk az apartmanokat elfoglalni.Bár a szállásadóval nem találkoztunk de mindig pontosan,érthetően küldte az információkat,Külön köszönet érte.Csomagmegőrző is van ha valaki korán érkezik.Nyolcan voltunk kettő apartmanban,kényelmesen elfértünk.Kifogástalan tisztaság fogadott minket.Biztosan visszatérünk majd.Mindenkinek ajánlom ezt a kiváló szálláshelyet.

Seconda visita

Bell'appartamento, posizione ottima, buon prezzo.

Cons:

È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e Purtroppo questa volta c'è stato un problema con le lenzuola del letto, ho dovuto disfare tutto per ispezionare . L'ho dovuto segnalare due volte poiché al numero di telefono con cui dovevo interagire non ha risposto nessuno, per quanto fosse un'ora prima del termine del servizio. Si è trovata una soluzione, per fortuna. Forse il gerente sottostima che trovare certi animaletti (non era una formica) fra le lenzuola può preoccupare e creare stress nel cliente e magari una frase o un piccolo gesto di scuse sarebbero stati apprezzati.
Aggiungo che, non essendo il primo caso, sarebbe il caso di prendere provvedimenti sulla scelta della lavanderia a cui affidarsi?
Mi dispiace perché vengo con regolarità a Como e per il resto è una struttura valida e in precedenza mi ero trovata benissimo.

In posizione centrale, vicino a al lago ed alla stazione. Stanza favolosa, presenti tutti i comfort e pulizia top! Gestione degli spazi incredibile! Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Abbastanza tranquillo durante la notte.
