Pros:

Amazing location, everything is super close. Clean and nice room, easy to check in and check out. Perfect stay for a good price.

Cons:

There is a train track on the other street, could be a bit noisy.

The location is great, very close to the city center while in a calm and quiet area. The room had fully equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. Only 10 min walk to the train station Como S. Giovanni.

Pros:

The accommodation is amazing, both the facilities, the equipment of the room and everything that goes with it.

But what I would really like to highlight is the reception, I think I never felt so well received in any trip or any hotel as here, the person who attended me, I think her name was Juliet, is a love of a girl, her energy, spontaneity and closeness surround you as if you knew each other all your lives. I leave very happy even if it was only one night and a few minutes with this reception, that girl deserves heaven.

Clean, attractive, central and quiet.
Pros:

The receptionist and cleaning staff were really lovely, and all the communication for our arrival was excellent. We were delighted to find the property spacious, modern and immaculately clean. It was also in a great central location, but a little back from the touristy center, meaning it was nice and quiet. We had a great stay.

The mattress could have been a tad softer.

perfekter Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt Como

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Kommunikation hervorragend und das Appartement sehr gut.
Wir waren überrascht wie praktisch das Parkieren war, nachdem wir die vielen Fussgänger stören mussten.
