Incredible stay - most amazing staff.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, the facilities were wonderful and the room was gorgeous. The room was enormous and had everything you needed. I also had a special request as needed help from the staff and they were excellent communicators and were incredibly helpful - honestly couldn't thank them enough! The staff were fabulous. It was very easy to get here by car and the parking was great. Thank you again Shoho!!

Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה. יפנית עם מבחר עצום ומערבית. האונסן המשותף גדול ומפנק עם מגוון רחב של מוצרי טיפוח. הנוף מהחדר היה מקסים. המלון יפה ונקי.

Cons:

פקידת הקבלה היתה פחות נחמדה אבל כעקרון שאר אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים ועוזרים. המלון ממוקם מחוץ לעיר.ואין בסביבה שלו מקומות להסתובב או לצאת אליהם.

Amazing view with private bath
Pros:

Absolutely massive room, exactly as pictured in the listing photos. Incredible expansive view of the Japanese alps, and gorgeous free-standing open-air bath. There was a spacious living room with fresh coffee beans and a grinder, local treats sent to the room to sample each day with the towel delivery, a large toilet room, shower and double vanity basins. The breakfast was Japanese style buffet with amazing range of choice, and everything was fresh. Bus stop a few steps away, takes you straight into town and to Matsumoto castle.

La posizione e la vista dalla stanza erano ottime, hotel con spa, sauna e servizi vari. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, come ovunque in Giappone

Cons:

Il costo è molto elevato, pur essendo una strucompleta e con ottimi servizi. La cena tipica giapponese non eccezionale

Pros:

Für uns ein spannendes Erlebnis eines echt japanischen Hotels. Kaum West-Touristen. Tolle Lage oberhalb der Stadt. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Mobiliar etwas abgenutzt. Für drei Personen (wie reserviert) ist das Zimmer zu klein.
