Pros:

Incredibly polite staff, excellent service. The baths were well stocked and clean. The Kaiseki dinner was truly excellent and the wait staff gave us lots of information on what we were eating. Our tatami room was spacious with an amazing view.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was a bit old. But it was still very functional and clean, so not an issue

スリッパのサイズを増やしてほしい。
サムイのポケットにポケットティッシュが入った状態で、洗濯したと思われてぺしゃんこの状態ではいていた。

Private Onsen is amazing
Pros:

The room was spacious, super clean, and an amazing view. The in room Onsen was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast ended at 9:30, with last order at 9:00. This too early, especially when there are no other food options in the immediate area.

溫暖雅緻的溫泉會館，入選日本百大名湯之一，值得一再入住～😌
Pros:

飯店的環境非常好，乾淨整齊，員工也很熱心，溫泉湯池乾淨，泡溫泉後的休息室及更衣間提供豐富的備品及乾淨整齊的環境，應該是有重新裝修過，所以非常新穎。
晚餐非常的精緻美味，晚餐後大廳有爵士樂欣賞，美聲優雅，太美好了，早餐提供非常豐富的料理
舒適的日式床墊及棉被，獲得一夜好眠～

最悪だったホテル

部屋に入るなりトイレ臭。部屋の床が青カビが生えたようでとても不快に思った。壁は壁紙が剥がれていて貧乏臭かった。源泉かけながしの謳い文句の部屋風呂は狭くてガッカリ。窓は転落対策のためだろうが10センチ位しか開かずまたまたガッカリ。二度とあそこは行きません。
