The hotel feels like a scam. Don’t go. It was dirty and filthy, with bloodstains on the curtains and a green, neglected pool. The price is at least five times too high for what you get. The place is very poorly maintained, and there were no other guests besides us. It seems they are just waiting to take advantage of unsuspecting visitors.
The hotel does not match the photos shown on Expedia or similar sites. The building is very old; the shower heads were covered in lime scale, and the bedsheets had hairs and stains. The couch also had some stains.
After we asked the staff to change the bedsheets and clean the couch, they did so and were very friendly. However, despite their efforts, we would not recommend staying here—especially at this price.
My family and I arrived late but left as soon as possible because we felt completely betrayed.

Location is very isolated. Great for relaxing. No restaurant and transportation available. I had to call for taxi to get to town which was bad at all. Nice owner and very accommodating. I booked a medium price room, but found ants when checked in. They gave me an upgraded room on second floor with no charge. Breakfast was great. The staff went above and beyond when I needed to go get some food at a local store. I bought some food and the prepared my dinner for me at no cost.

When we showed up at this small resort on the Gulf of Thailand, they were not expecting us and they didn't speak any English, but, not to worry, they got the owner on the phone and cleared up the misunderstanding and rushed to prepare our rooms. It was mid week and we had the entire resort to ourselves. It was a bit outside of town and we quickly realized that it would be best if we could eat dinner and breakfast at the resort. We let them chose the menu, just asking for fresh seafood. They prepared the most delicious multi course meals for our party of 6! The resort itself is small but the concrete construction is built with a flare for design. The bright red tile pool in the center of the complex is mirrored in the red tile shower column in the bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable and had driftwood design inserts in the ceilings and in the bathrooms. The beach is beautiful and we could hear the waves as we slept. This resort was a gem and we truly enjoyed our time there. The family who does the care taking and cooking (Husband, Wife and kids) were anxious to please and very helpful despite the language barrier. They all gathered to bow to us in farewell as we left.

Beautiful resort with nice red swimmingpool. The best thing about this hotel is the place. No other hotels nearby, no city nearby, only some local villagers. The beach is not really attracting to swim. The rooms are good and clean and the bathroom has got a relaxing rainingshower. We had a gekko as pet inside the room.

A bit away from the action of Hua HIn, but quality hotel with a modern theme

It's just more than an hour away from BKK, but close to Huahin where I can find great places to die out. Overall, there's no complaint about the room and service. The owners are nice and enthusiasm to deliver superb service as much as they can. Everything's quite new and quiet which makes us feel relaxed. We have got an unexpected guest from the nature in our room and the staff managed everything back to normal.

This boutique hotel is quite small with only 16 rooms but all face sea view with only a few steps to the beach as they claimed. We didn't have a chance to experience their Benz beach because it is only available only early morning (says around 5 - 6 AM). Otherwise it is only rock and seawater (high tide), so you definitely don't wanna try swimming in the sea - not recommend. The swimming pool is a good choice to try - salt water not chlorine - which is nice & has kid pools.
Breakfast is a la carte - 2 choices only for either Khao tom or american breakfast + hot drink + orange juice.
During our stay was very sunny, no big trees around hotel, make sure you bring good sunscreen with you to avoid sunburn.

Kom dit, fick möjligheten att välja vilket rum vi ville men efter att ha anlänt till hotellet (som förövning var riktigt fint) så bokade vi omgående en taxi därifrån då det inte fanns ngn strand eller övriga restauranger än hotellets egna. Anläggningen ligger bokstavligen mitt ute i ingenstans.... Personalennvar dock extremt hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga!!
