An amazing week in a beautiful hotel. Can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

This a beautifully restored hotel with stunning facilities and excellent staff , right in the centre of Vipiteno. The food and beverage offer was excellent. We travelled for 9 weeks and this hotel was our favourite. We stayed for a week and felt so comfortable we actually extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave !!

Nothing. It’s was all amazing

staff molto disponibile e professionale. Colazione ottima, anche con prodotti senza glutine. Ristorante fantastico! struttura in posizione centralissima nel paese, facile da raggiungere, parcheggio in struttura. pulizia eccezionale.

In primis la posizione centrale in un paese davvero bello!! L'hotel è storico ma strutturato recentemente, ben arredato e tenuto molto pulito . Inoltre il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire come a casa e questo vale anche per il ristorante che fa parte del complesso. Si mangia e si beve molto bene : è il miglior ristorante a Vipiteno, avendone provati diversi ... Ci siamo trovati così bene che ci abbiamo trascorso una settimana!!! E non vediamo l'ora tornarci !!

Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, großes modernes Bad, super Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lekker doorreis verblijf in een mooi dorpje.

Vriendelijke goed engels sprekende host, valet parking, mooi hotel midden in het centrum.

Cons:

De kamer heeft geen airconditioning. Met de ramen open slapen in het centrum van het dorp is wel wat gehorig.

Super Hotel in bester Lage - Top Tipp für Sterzing
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Ein tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, Fitness- und Wellnessraum und ist direkt am Marktplatz in allerbester Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer war um kurz nach 15:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig und die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt - also Kleinigkeiten.

Farsi coccolare ammirando la Torre delle Dodici
Pros:

Struttura ricettiva posizionata in pieno centro storico: in particolare, la nostra camera aveva l'affaccio sulla piazza del paese e sulla Torre delle Dodici. Nonostante l'esposizione su una via pedonale vivace, gli infissi erano insonorizzati e dall'interno non si percepivano i rumori esterni. L'interno della struttura è moderno, accogliente e facilmente accessibile anche da persone con difficoltà motorie.
La stanza era meravigliosa: spaziosa e con moltissimi confort (dagli accappatoi per la zona relax alle pastiglie per la lavastoviglie). Devo ammettere che sia la stanza che la struttura nella sua interezza hanno oltrepassato le mie aspettative.
Un plus è stata anche la disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli sia prima che dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Due soli piccoli accorgimenti: amplierei la scelta dolce nella zona colazione e incentiverei gli ospiti e le ospiti dell'hotel a mangiare nell'ottimo ristorante (al piano terra della struttura) con un voucher del 5/10%.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage, alles perfekt, 1A
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Es gibt die Wahl von 2 verschiedenen Parkplätzen: wir haben den direkt am Hotel gegen Aufpreis gewählt.
Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, wir haben ein größeres Zimmer als gebucht erhalten: dieses war sehr modern, geräumig, ein großes Bad mit genug Abstellmöglichkeiten, einem Vergrößerungsspiegel. Es gab eine kleine Terasse, das Lichtkonzept war schön und angenehm.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls umfangreich und sehr lecker.
Wir würden das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen und wieder kommen!
