Incredibly kind staff, average sized rooms for Japanese hotels of think rank I believe, but we had everything we needed. Hotel provides everything, and still gives you the option to request if you need anything additional (like an extra pillow, which is what we asked for). Rooms have a mandatory cleaning schedule of every 3 days, and in between you can request cleans every day or just a towel change - needless to say our room was very clean. 8th floor of the main building has a loundry room, microwave, and vending machine - very convenient.
The location is exceptional. Only a couple of minutes from the Tamachi station, and has plenty of conbinis nearby (7/11, Lawson, Lawson Natural, FamilyMart and even a Matsukiyo two streets up). There are barely any crowds except during rush hour, and there's a cute little path behind the building where you can walk along water or sit on benches and eat your conbini snacks.
Now, the staff - so kind and welcoming. Assisted us as best as they could every step of the way, even when they didn't speak much english (there's a translation tablet at the front desk to help). We needed to check out very early, at 4am, and someone was there to help us out and they called us a taxi to ensure it arrives (at a small fee I believe). There are self-check in/out machines in the lobby but there is ALWAYS someone to help if you need it. Staff was amazing.

都内のリッチの良いところなので、しょうがないのですが、少し金額は高めです。

Das Hotel Ist in einer ruhigeren Umgebung in der Nahe der Stationen Tamachi und Mita. Von Mita aus gibt es einen durchgehenden Express-Zug zum Flughafen Haneda. Vom Hotel aus kommt man durch die Nähe der Stationen überall hin. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe, man kann gut 2 große Koffer offen stehen lassen! Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe einen 7 Eleven und Famoly Markt, sowie viele kleine Garküchen Würde ich empfehlen und auch selber wieder buchen!

Jó az elhelyezkedése! Könnyen el lehet jutni bárhova. A felszereltsége is szuper, még fürdősóból is 2 féléből lehet választani.
Nagyon kicsi volt, de ez Tokyoban általános panasz. A fürdőszoba ajtajánál alul nagy a rés, így nem ad túlzottan privát szférát az embernek.
