Very nice but small
Pros:

Very good location, easy to get to the tube. Very clean and it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The room was small. We had only two suitcases but there was nowhere to store them. We had to shove them under the bed for the five night stay and keep pulling them out when we wanted something and we were always in each other's way.

We had lovely time in your hotel, and joined membership program because of this experience
Pros:

It’s new , very clean, nicely equipped hotel, few steps from railway station , convenient straight line to the town center. Lots of minimarkets
around and great restaurant street next to the metro

Cons:

Personal was mainly very polite and helpful , however shift that worked 4/22 morning on reception was extremely NOT helpful with TA-Q-BIN luggage delivery, competed to other hotels we visited in Japan difference was striking 🥲

Main tower

Cons:

The STEP UP bathroom AND bathtub/shower should have safety bars in place, both in and out of bathroom especially for the handicap/elderly. Having a sign stating "slippery when wet..." doesn't do much for all safety reasons.

Fantastic hotel with great amenities
Pros:

Location is close to the metro station , amenities were fantastic also , PJs available & staff were helpful and easy to communicate with

Cons:

Size of the room are quite small , knew this when booking but good storage under the beds for shopping 😁
