La ubicación. Barrio tranquilo, y estación Tamachi muy cerca, con linea Yamanote, la mejor.

Cons:

No se porqué nos dieron habitación fumadores. El olor de toda la planta es intenso, nada mas salir del ascensor. El proceso para cambiarnos un día después se hizo, pero fue complicado.
La habitación es minuscula, las maletas se tienen que abrir si o si encima de la cama.

Enjoyable stay, on a nice street, that it close to restaurants, convenience stores, and train stations.
Pros:

- On a quiet street, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and the Tamachi train station.
- Tamachi station was a 300m walk away: about 20 minutes by train to main centres like Shibuya.
- Rooms were tidy and comfortable- would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

- The breakfast could have a wider variety- but still okay.
- Some people might think that the rooms are small, living in Asia ourselves, it was not a problem for us.

別館に宿泊しましたが清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も良かったです
駅から近くて、周辺には飲食店がたくさんあり、駅からホテルまでの間にコンビニも2軒ありとても便利です
東京での定宿にしたいと思います

Cons:

湯沸かしポットとカップが下の方に置いてあるので、取り出しにくかった
ドライヤーの置き場所もわかりにくく探しました

Was top war:
Die Lage, Sauberkeit vom Zimmer, die Klima, und die Betten

Cons:

Ist jetzt nicht wirklich negativ aber man muss schon einplanen, dass alle paar Tage jemand reinkommt um das Zimmer gründlicher aufzuräumen. Für zwei Personen mit vielen Koffern und Taschen kann es etwas eng werden.
