Los amenities son genial y la ubicación está bastante bien con varias tiendas de conveniencia al lado, zona muy tranquila y cerca de una estación de metro, muy limpio y bastante cómodo

Optimal location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

This hotel is super close to Tamachi Station, which is on the Yamanote Line (that ring line that takes you to all the most important spots in Tokyo). There are convenience stores and restaurants all around it, so finding food is no problem. There's even a supermarket right next door. The single rooms are big enough, and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing in particular comes to mind.

Pros:

働いているスタッフが皆さん笑顔でとても良かったです。設備も充実していて良かった。

Cons:

洗濯機がもう少し多いと嬉しいのと時間が長すぎるので短時間で終わるとありがたい。
新しいはずの部屋着が何故か臭いが取れておらず臭かった。

Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, es wurde sauber geputzt bei Bedarf und ansonsten alle 3 Tage. Die Lage ist super, man hat den Tokyo Tower in der Nähe, Tamachi-Station ist 10min entfernt und man erreicht damit in kurzer Zeit Shibuya oder Harajuku.
Eine Anekdote zu diesem Hotel: ich habe dort Ende Februar mein Nackenkissen vergessen und durfte es noch im April holen kommen. Das Personal hat es auf Nachfrage aufbewahrt. Habe so etwas in keinem Hotel bisher erlebt. War positiv überrascht.
