The staff were very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location (close to train stations). The room was clean.
The room was quite small. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of breakfast options.

Clean hotel. Easy to access. Great location. Staff was patient with the language barrier, they had a handy tool (translator) on the desk that made check-in and follow-up requests a breeze. For business or a short stay I'd highly recommend.
The stay was inexpensive so can't complain that the rooms were small, it was fine. The one I was it was definitely made for 1 person only.

No tenia tanta humedad como otros alojamientos que estuvimos.
Tiene periódicos gratuitos, tanto como cremas para el cuidado, pijamas....

Głównym plusem jest niewątpliwie lokalizacja! Do stacji metra jest 100m.
W pokoju bylo bardzo czysto, łóżko bylo wygodne, WiFi działało bez zarzutu. W łazience wszystkie potrzebne kosmetyki (przy recepcji można było się zaopatrzyć nawet w piżamę:) )
Personel w hotelu był pomocny.
W łazience mogłaby być lepsza wentylacja...brakowało nam też miejsca na wywieszenie ręczników, przez co słabo schły.
(Oczywiście można było prosić o wymianę ręczników codziennie, ale to mało ekologiczne...).

El personal fue agradable y las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas y limpias. Las camas son comodas
Las habitaciones son poco mas estrechas de lo habitual, por lo que no lo recomendaria para una larga estancia
Aunque no lo parece por su descripción, el tamaño de la cama un poquito más grande era adecuado y se podía dormir cómodamente. La habitación en sí es estrecha, pero como suele suceder en muchos otros hoteles, así que estábamos bastante habituados. La ubicación, en relación con el precio, era bastante buena ya que teníamos varias tiendas 24 horas y un acceso al metro de la zona. Se encuentra a cierta distancia a pie de algunos supermercados, pero todo el camino es llano, así que no es un problema muy relevante. La atención del personal es excepcional, tanto para cuidar maletas antes como después de la salida, la facilitación de pijamas y otros aspectos de aseo personal, necesidades que pudieran surgir, etc. Encima tiene integrado un bar/restaurante que viene bastante bien si no sabes dónde comer ese día. No llegamos a probar el desayuno, pero el almuerzo estaba muy bien. Hay un espacio de fumadores también, en la primera planta específicamente. Cuenta con lavadoras, máquina de cambio de dinero, máquina de bebidas... En general, estaba bastante bien y repetiría con la cadena.
Diría que uno de los puntos negativos de la habitación es que la papelera es muy pequeña y teníamos que pedir limpieza de la habitación más pronto que de lo que necesitábamos.
