Pros:

Breakfast menu is variable. Lots of choices.
Mrs. Anita is the best. Caring, hard worker and treat customers like family. We feel so welcome by her and her staff. She should get employee of the month recognition.

Hotel that feel like home
Pros:

Great vacation place for family, get the villa one and its so comfortable and calming without u remember that you were at a hotel, its feel homey

Cons:

Am exceptional three- week experience of stay at Harris
Pros:

I came here from Rome for a the weeks meeting. I enjoyed the location, the exceptionally friendly and and cordial atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable... the staff are extremely polite, gentle and hard working and committed. There's always a smile on their faces...I had more time to interact with the restaurant staff and they are simply incredible... the food was delicious and there was always many choices to opt for...I would like to specially mention the names of Anita, Ayu, Tasya, Zahra, Setyo, Santos, Vina, Dika, Sevina, Halisya and of course the chefs Erna Priytna and Agung for their Master- Chef touch that made the food really delicious.. the pleasant and joyful service of the staff is really worth appreciating...I also appreciate the warm and pleasant service of Uchi and Tiara at the front office. The cleaning staff like Lolita, Galih, Yuda are also excellentso. Over all I give a 5 STAR to all and would love to come back here again.

Very positive experience
Pros:

A very positive experience. The staff were always very attentive and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed during our long stay.
Special thanks to Zaki, a member of the housekeeping staff, who was always very kind, smiling, helpful and professional.
Thanks also to Tiara and all the restaurant staff.

Best family hotel in Malang, no doubts!
Pros:

Very comfortable villa, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Very quiet and green location near the river! Dinners in restaurant are not expensive and very tasty!

Sya suka tempatnya hotel sama orang2 yang kerjah di hotel baik2 .. sama maknya enak2 di hotel sama kulam rengnya bagus ini bukan pertamah Saya disana ini yang ke duah..❤️❤️

Yang ngga Saya suka di hotel kamarnya yang beyasa kutur sama ngga birsi Kaya Dulu.. Saya mau masuk toilet banyak semutnya di semprut ngga Ada haselnya..sama tempat cuci tangnya lagi tumbuh baynyak kuturnya Saya sampek jejek

Tempat tidurnya sepranya ngga terlalo birsi..

Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber zu teuer.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen und für den Preis definitiv zu teuer. Auch der Wäscheservice hat leider nicht funktioniert.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, das ist für so ein großes Hotel viel zu wenig.
Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte, leider auch die falsche Adresse.
Der Muezin war hier nebensächlich.
