Disgraceful this hotel? Should be taken from your site

The hotel is nice, But the prices on here are not correct. The airport shuttle bus is 200 bhat not 150. Also i was sure i booked their biggest room but ended up paying an additional 300 bhat.

The hotel was clean, but one light in our room buzzed when turned on, also you could feel a few springs in the mattress. The local area is great, and the staff in the hotel where nice.

First, I waited almost an hour for the front staff to check me in. Second, the balcony glass door was unable to lock. I asked her why she gave me this room and she said it was ok, nobody would do anything. But if something happen, can she responsible for it? I don't think so.... I keep begging for a new room, the same women at the front desk repeatedly saying no. She won't give me new room. So, I have to checkout to find a new safer place. She did offer me new room when I'm going to check out, but no I am not staying. AC is un adjustable, it fixed at 25C. After I checked out, I got a new place at the same rate but a lot better. Please dont come here this place is not safe and room is cheap and old.

We were told by email the Pre Booked Room was confirmed, on arrival at the Hotel, my booking was declined, room was re-booked for cash.

Booked Hotel through Hotels.com part of Expedia, on arrival at the hotel on the due date, booking was not excepted and the room had to be paid for in cash.

Hotel Telephone numbers quoted online were wrong,

深夜着、レンタカーに乗り換え、翌朝のゴルフに備え空港近くで便利でしたので利用しました。
駐車場も広く、室内も無駄なくらい広くて快適でした。アメニティ皆無で残念でしたがそれ以外は空調・大きなタオル・清潔なベッド＆シーツと快適です。
ゆっくり疲れを取り、トランジット等での寝るだけなら静かで清潔なので次回も利用します。

The price is reasonable. It is an acceptable accommodation for one night if you have an early flight on the next day. Air Con in the room is a bit loud. It would be better it there is a curtain in front of the shower place. One of the lights in the bathroom was out of order and I found a small spider near the sink(Another room is alright). The hotel offers shuttle bus service every hour, charged for 150 bht per room. As we booked two rooms so it is cheaper to take a taxi. It takes 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport by taxi, about 130 bht.

Nice hotel but no bell boy , if you have a disability and need to walk up stairs with your luggage it's not good hotel for you.

I chose the hotel for location as it was close to the airport. There was definitely a large language barrier, and there were issues with the front desk finding my booking. The massage I booked in hotel was really bad, walked out 30 min into a 2 hr massage. Didn't have the strength or time to try to get a refund due to the language barrier and short amount of time I was there. I think if I spoke Thai my short stay would've been much better, but even then, this hotel was maybe 3 star at best. Room was average, bathroom was outdated and a bit dirty. Not sure if I'd recommend it. I wouldn't go back unless it was my only option. Sorry.

I was there late in the evening and left early in the morning so I didn't experience anything there.

Very bad shower, very less water coming out which takes a lot of time to shower and dont feel refreshing after shower

Hotel is very far from the city, by taxi it will takes you nearly an hour or more to reach any place designated places. Overall quite pleased with their friendliness and attitude, but rather disappointing with the facilities they have that indicated as gym (only 2 gym bicycles) and cleaner manage to open my hotel door without my permission or anyone informing me while I'm bathing.

The hotel sign is a bit hard to find but once you know where it is then it becomes very easy to locate. Right at the crossover and traffic light! Plenty of private parking and cctv monitored. The airport shuttle is reasonable at 150THB per person per trip so as a solo traveler, it was perfect for me. It only takes 10 minutes to get to departure/arrivals. Rooms are somewhat like local rental apartment and very simple. There seem to be some monthly renting residences and many Chinese tour groups. During my one night, I had no complaint tho. The onsite restaurant offers good Thai food and nice riverside ambience. I quite like it. There are also many local street food venues too.

Vi hade bokat 2 nätter 2 rum för 4 pers, 3-4 dgr tidigare. I receptionen för att checka in, möts vi av en yngre man och en yngre kvinna.De hittar inte våran bokning med bokningsnumret från hotels.com, utan jag får hjälpa att leta igenom pappershögen. Jag pekar på ett papper och säger att där är mitt namn. De letar efter nycklar och jag förstår att något är fel. Vi får till slut 2 nycklar till rum, ovanligt nog inte bredvid varandra. Senare ringer den unga mannen i receptionen och ber mig komma ner. Jag tar med mig min I-pad som jag bokat rummen på och går ner. Mannen säger att Vi endast bokat 1 natt för 3! personer. Jag visar min bokning på min I-pad, med bokningsnummer från hotels.com, men De pekar bara på sitt papper, som jag hittade där det står 1 natt 3 personer. På detta papper står det Expedia.com, vilket jag aldrig hört eller sett innan!! Jag har bokat med hotels.com poängterar jag. Då börjar den unga mannen att peka på att jag betalat ett lågt pris. Jag säger då att jag löst in en gratisnatt och då även att bokningen är via hotels.com, där av det låga priset. De tillkallar en äldre dam som verkar vara chef. Jag ber henne kontrollera detta visar henne våran bokning och att den är betald. Irriterad går hon in på sitt kontor och vi går upp på rummet. Under våran vistelse får vi ej veta vad som gått fel Och värsta av allt, DE tittar inte eller pratar inte med oss under resten av vistelsen. Psykiskt förstörde De slutet på våran månadslånga resa Never again! =( =( =(

Skönt sitta vid kanalen o bara njuta roen o stillheten utan msssa biltrafik

部屋は広く、エアコンも効いて快適でした。プールもそんなに広くはないですが、柵で区切られた子供用の一角もあり、5歳の息子と楽しめしました。
ただし、場所が非常にわかり難く、土地勘のあるバンコクのタクシー運転手でも迷いましたので、注意が必要です。私はスマホが壊れてたので、苦労しましたが、幸親切な運転手が直接ホテルに電話しながらたどり着いてくれました。
