Always a pleasant hotel as a base in Warsaw.
Pros:

Breakfast, location, helpful staff, beautiful building

Cons:

The restaurant is no longer good. It was okay in 2023. I cant recommend it now.

Very poor overall experience despite a good, quiet location; outdated facilities, a worn-out suite,
Pros:

We stayed one night at H15 Boutique Hotel in Warsaw. The location is excellent – centrally located and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel itself feels worn out and clearly in need of renovation. The suite we stayed in was especially tired and definitely requires refurbishment – it did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this category.
Breakfast was a major letdown. The selection was limited, and several items appeared dried out, likely due to being stored under plastic wrap in the fridge and then brought out for service. For example, the salami had turned grey on the surface, while underneath it was still red as it should be. The bread seemed to be frozen products reheated in the oven and served cold.
We travel frequently, and unfortunately we have to say this was a very poor experience overall. We would not choose to stay here again.

Расположение хорошее.

Cons:

Абсолютно обычный отель. Ничего от бутик и 5 звезд нет. Был в их сети в Кракове - там гораздо лучше. Поэтому ожидал большего. А получил как будто 3 звезды.

На ресепшен возникла проблема. Стаф сказал что нашей брони нет. Потом сказал что в нашем номере уже кто-то живет. В итоге заселили куда-то.

Wspaniały hotel zlokalizowany w samym sercu miasta. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny, a śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. W apartamencie dbałość o każdy szczegół, łącznie ze świeżymi kwiatami- bardzo doceniam takie detale. Z przyjemnością wrócę tutaj ponownie i polecam ten hotel innym gościom.
