Piękny butikowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Polecam tym, którzy chcą się wyspać w ciszy, w luksusowych warunkach, zregenerować siły w pięknym otoczeniu, z fitness i pysznym sniadaniem w uroczym patio. Przemiła nastawiona na pomoc Obsługa. To nie hest zwykły hotelowy pokoj, to małe studio w pięknej kamienicy. Polecam

Pros:

Obsługa parkingu i recepcji była perfekcyjna. Już w momencie podjazdu pod hotel czekał na mnie boy hotelowy, który od razu zaoferował pomoc z bagażem. Całość przebiegła bardzo sprawnie i profesjonalnie. Równie pozytywne wrażenie zrobiła obsługa recepcji – zameldowanie zajęło dosłownie chwilę, a recepcjonistka szybko przekazała mi klucze do naprawdę dużego, przestronnego i komfortowego pokoju. Od samego przyjazdu można było poczuć standard i poziom obsługi, jakiego oczekuje się od hotelu tej klasy.

Cons:

Obsługa restauracji, a szczególnie podczas śniadań, pozostawiła bardzo złe wrażenie. Kilkukrotnie podchodzono do mnie z prośbą o potwierdzenie, że rzeczywiście jestem gościem hotelowym i przysługuje mi śniadanie. Powtarzające się kontrole sprawiły, że czułam się osaczona i bardzo niekomfortowo. W hotelu tej klasy takie sytuacje zdecydowanie nie powinny mieć miejsca.

Równie słabo wyglądała obsługa podczas kolacji. Na kartę oraz pojawienie się kelnerki czekałam ponad 40 minut. Nie byłam przy tym wyjątkiem – inni goście, zniecierpliwieni brakiem zainteresowania ze strony obsługi, rezygnowali już po około 15 minutach oczekiwania na menu i możliwość złożenia zamówienia. Całość sprawiała wrażenie dużego chaosu organizacyjnego i zdecydowanie odbiegała od standardu, jakiego można oczekiwać od hotelu tej kategorii.

Camera davvero spaziosa e molto pulita. La struttura è in una zona centrale molto tranquilla e ben servita. Ottimi i servizi aggiuntivi.

Piccolo disguido tempestivamente risolto dalla struttura. Purtroppo era evitabile (per un 5 stelle)

Pros:

Modern, boutique hotel in the center, yet quiet and comfortable. Large and well equipped rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the breakfast, due to understaffing some menu items were not available or required long waiting time.
