Great hotel but where's the hairdryer and housekeeping?
Pros:

The bathroom had a heated floor and the bedroom was very confortable

Cons:

I specifically asked if there was a hairdryer in the room when I checked in and they said yes. Turned out they didnt and I had to call the front desk, then waited another 40 mins then had to go the front desk with wet hair then waited another 15 mins before someone came. Hair was pretty dry at that point but my roots didnt dry properly like it would with a actual hairdryer. Food is overrated for being a Michelin star.
