Pros:

Дуже затишні номери, просторні, чудовий заповнений міні бар, гарні сніданки з можливістю індивідуально замовити страву
Ввічливий персонал, спокійно відреагував коли я випадково розбила стакан

Cons:

Навіть не знаю що зауважити, все супер, лише в спортзалі гантель не було нормальних, це якщо ви підтримуєте заняття у дорозі
А так все добре

Comfortable, apartment‑style rooms with a truly comfy bed.
Pros:

Truly comfy bed in master bedroom, spacious rooms literally like a private apartment. Good breakfast selection and excellent dinner with friendly staff.

Cons:

Garage parking spots are far away from Hotel entrance and only accessible with porter, would be better if the spots where closer.

היה מקסים, אגיע שוב.
Pros:

מלון ברמה גבוהה, מעוצב בצורה מהממת, השירות של הקבלה היה מעולה, המנקות היו מקסימות.
החדר היה גדול ומרווח, מיטה נוחה, כל יום בקבוקי מים בחדר שחודשו כל יום מחדש, שירותי ניקיון פעמיים ביום.

Cons:

לא היה מקום להניח איפור בשירותים על מנת להתאפר בצורה נוחה.
נוף בחדר היה לצד השני של הבניין.
אין עוד מה לומר כי באמת היה ממש טוב.

Pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem! Panowie na recepcji byli przemili i bardzo pomocni. Jak zawsze w hotelach mam problem ze spaniem tak tutaj pokoj spełnił moje oczekiwania! Polecam!

Pros:

Habitación, baño y terraza amplias.

Cons:

Me pidieron pagar 150 eur como depósito por posibles destrozos o consumo de minibar. Que lo devolverían al salir del hotel. Este trato en un 5 estrellas no lo he visto nunca, la verdad. Ahora he visto que me han cobrado 6 euros y no sé porqué. Tampoco te ayudan con las maletas a la llegada.

Вцілому більше розчарування ніж задоволення.
Pros:

Розташування та можливість припаркувати авто у підземному паркінгу. Привітний персонал. Зручність у пішій доступності до центру Варшави. Дуже круте лобі де можна насолодитись сніданком під відкритим небом.

Cons:

У вартість за номер не входить плата за сніданок. У ванній кімнаті забита раковина умивальнику і потребує ремонту душова кабіна. З двох чашок для кави, одна виявилась побитою. Спальне місце у вітальні хотілось би мати зручнішим. Шум від ліфта і звукоізоляція в номері не дають змоги нормально відпочити вночі.

Pros:

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Wnętrza hotelu zachwycają eleganckim wystrojem i dbałością o detale. Pokój był bardzo przestronny i komfortowy, idealny na relaks po dniu pełnym wrażeń. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta, dzięki czemu wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki.
