Menschlich enttäuschend

Leider ein sehr negatives Erlebnis mit einer Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, das von der sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin am Empfang nicht aufgehoben werden konnte.
Wir sind mit zwei Motorrädern unterwegs und hatten sie auf dem vorab vereinbarten Hotel Parkplatz abgestellt und mehrfach gesichert. Wir waren gerade mit dem Taxi in das relativ weit entfernte Zentrum zum Essen gefahren, als wir einen höchst verdächtigen Alarm elektronisch gemeldet bekommen haben. Der Anruf im Hotel war unglaublich: Herablassend, persönlich abwertend und keine Hilfe. Es hätte nur einen Blick aus dem Fenster benötigt, und so ein Verhalten geht weit über einen "schlechten Tag" hinaus. Auch wenn der Geschäftsführer am nächsten Tag prompt und sehr konkret und wirklich positiv bezugnehmend auf unser Email reagiert hat: Das Geschehene wird nicht unwirksam. Erfreulicherweise war es ein erstmaliger und unerklärlicher Fehlalarm der Motorradsicherung, Andernfalls wäre es wohl sehr konfliktreich geworden.
