This hotel was fantastic, with the most welcoming staff I have ever experienced.
Rose welcomed us with a plethora of useful information about the town, without any pressure to buy anything. She informed us of common practices in town, how to respond and bargain in the market. She made sure to note my dietary restrictions and pointed out the vegetarian dishes the next morning at breakfast. She remembered us through the 6 nights spent here and was always a pleasure to talk to.
Kate helped us organize our trip, link up with external agencies she had on speed-dial and gave us a great deal to extend our stay. When I arrived, she noticed I was walking with a limp and offered some ice while I waited, which was a relief. She made sure all our activities went well and that we did not overpay for any activity, informing us what things should cost and to bargain where needed.
Kayle and Cherry were also helpful throughout our stay, helping us book massages and rides, offer alternative suggestions on activities and spots they preferred. They did it always with a smile and a warm welcome.
Finally, we had a cooking class with Anna, one of the chefs. Her passion and quirks were the highlight of the course, which made it a lot of fun.
The spacious and quiet room was cleaned every day and towels changed every day as well. The breakfast was a good mixture of international staples (cereals, cheeses, pastries, eggs) and oriental dishes (stir-fry, pho, sushi, salads, etc.). The beds were very comfortable, along with the two chairs in the room.
Not only would I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting, but I am now more inclined to recommend Hoi An as a destination, and for longer stays than anywhere else in Vietnam.
The fact that I remember so many names from the hotel is a testament to the overall quality of staff at this establishment.

Honestly, this was my greatest value pick in a while. You can likely pay more and have better, but this one surpassed my expectations.

We enjoyed everything the room and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast selection first class. We also enjoyed a massage, the food was also first class. The most important and impressive thing was the staff and welcome from the staff. The manager was also very visible and welcoming. Kate at reception was exceptional with her happy smile, information and welcome at all times..as the manager said she is an angel 😇 location is also perfect

The hotel is wonderful and centrally located. The staff helped us with recommendations in the area to try authentic cuisine and shopping.

the hotel staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any issues or booking services. The river view room has a wonderful view, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also very close to the old city—you can easily walk there. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again next time.

Very well kept and pretty boutique hotel in the ancient town of Hoi An. We love every bit of it and wish we stayed longer . The service was so good from the checking in till the sending out . Kate is very nice and tried to do all she can to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable . We will certainly be back ! ❤️
