スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。朝食は美味しい。ベッドは寝心地が良く、カードキーを外しても冷房が切れない。部屋はEXOTIC。テレビはスマートテレビでYoutube視聴可能。旧市街地は徒歩圏内。入り口のレストランも手頃で美味しい（暑いけど）。

Cons:

今までのお客さんのスマートテレビのYoutubeアカウントが残っていた。自分でログアウトしない限りのこってしまう仕様で、アカウントの嗜好を変えられたり、コメント入れられたりする可能性があるのでは？　ホテル側で消してあげてほしいです。

Pros:

What a super charming hotel in a fantastic location. Close to everything but not too close (you won’t hear the music from the bars down the road). The staff is extremely helpful. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice hotel in Hoi An, in a great location, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, less than 5min walk to all the bars/shops/restaurants but slightly tucked away so you don't get all the noise from the main strip.

Customer service was amazing, all the staff were so friendly, helpful and incredibly polite. Small things like welcoming you back when you return to the hotel and asking how your days been etc.

Upon check in, we were given a lovely cold refreshing drink and a member of staff kindly provided us with a map of the local area, highlighting where the key spots were such as the night market (along with opening times), Japanese bridge etc as well as where to get a lantern boat from. She also asked if there was anything else we planned on doing whilst in Hoi An and then organised a coconut boat tour for us with a private taxi there and back.

We had a room on the 3rd floor with river view/balcony and it was wonderful. The room was really spacious, massive king size bed which was quite firm but both my partner and I prefer firmer beds so this was perfect for us. Similarly, the bathroom was also great, the shower was huge and really powerful.

Room had all the facilities we needed - hairdryer, mini fridge, tv (albeit with very few English channels), toiletries, plenty of towels etc.

Breakfast was also decent, staff went out of their way to cater for my vegan partner and prepared some vegan spring rolls for her.

We also used the laundry service at the hotel which was perhaps on the more expensive side from our laundry experiences in Ninh Binh but service was really good. They collected the laundry from our room and returned to the room all neatly folded, socks paired up etc, and dresses/longer items hung up in the wardrobe.

Very nice hotel in Hoi An, in a great location, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Only complaint is that the AC in our room kept turning off after about 30mins or so, which was bit frustrating as meant the room was really warm in the morning (temperature in Hoi An was about 30 degrees when we were there).

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Great location adjacent to old town and on the river. Riverview rooms with balcony are excellent. Staff extremely polite, helpful and attentive. A great stay for the 45 plus age group (less bustle than other tourist hotels). Great breakfast in refined atmosphere. Nice outdoor restaurant overlooking the river. Highly recommended.

Cons:

A spotless bedroom but a little mould in the shower

Perfect location for exploring Hoi An.
Pros:

The perfect hotel as a base for exploring Hoi An and surrounds. The most attentive and friendly staff, spacious rooms, great food and an unbeatable location. It’s just by the noise and liveliness of the ‘strip’ and the old quarter but somehow (relatively) quiet. The scent of Jasmine on our balcony each morning, overlooking the river, set the scene for the day.

Whilst the pool is small and sheltered the hotel is affiliated with The Deck House beach club on An Bang beach which is a 15 minute ride away by Grab (about £2 each way). Great food, wine and sun loungers on the beach.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and would stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

Cons:

Small swimming pool with limited sun loungers but made up for by affiliation with The Deck House beach club.
