Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness and location were excellent.
Pros:

This place blew me away. The art in the hotel, the modern room, restaurants on site and within walking distance, Staff was overly friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Indianapolis. We walked to our concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Somewhat pricey, as all area hotels were jacked up due to events going on but this one wasn't as high as others and I know it was the better hotel. We just fell in love with it!

Cons:

There was nothing. It was great!

Nice and updated hotel, comfy beds.
Pros:

We were only there for one night and didn’t get to explore the hotel or use any amenities. The rooms were clean and updated and the beds were very comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the bar/restaurant..

Cons:

Just the fact that it seemed higher in price because we were in town for a concert.

The location is convenient .

Cons:

In the Booking.com site, it stated that there is a microwave in the room. However, there is no microwave and iron. But the hotel provide a handheld steamer in the room. I still have to request an iron and ironing board.

I discovered There was a condom wrapper in the bed. I was alone. The manager offered 10,000 points to my Bonvoy account. I want a refund for my stay.

Overall the location was the best part of the hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was filthy. There was hair inside the shower and it wasn’t mine or my family’s.
The room definitely could use an update and where was the microwave?

I would not recommend for the price.
Pros:

Close to Gainbridge Arena

Cons:

Our booking was for a room with a King Bed and a Sofa Bed. There was no Sofa Bed, so we had to get a roll-away. Check-in took forever as they didn't seem to have a room for us. We had the valet park our car, but when we requested it back in the morning, one of the valets had taken the key to the box home, so they didn't have access to any car keys. We had to wait 20 minutes for our car.

I will Never stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Hotel was in a convenient location

Cons:

The hotel did not have my reservation I made through booking.com. When they gave me a room it was already occupied with a half dressed man lying on the bed. The next room had lights that did not work and even when I told the front desk they weren’t fixed.
