Large room...I was given an upgrade because they couldn't provide the accessible room they had promised.

Cons:

Even after the upgrade to a supposedly accessible room - it wasn't really in that there was no toilet grab rail which I explicitly asked for. I coped by putting a chair next to the toilet to push myself up with. Had to be careful though as it slid a bit on the floor.The shower was ok for me but for someone needing a wet room or shower grab rails it wouldn't have been.

the Ramada is in a central position with plenty of food places around.
Pros:

good sized rooms. comfortable beds

Cons:

could not find the parking at the back when we arrived. no signs on the fence to say it was Ramada parking.
when arriving back at night you have to phone reception to get into the outside parking area to then carry on to the paid parking.

Overall though our stay was good the staff are awesome n friendly and the sisterhood restaurant was delicious would most

Convenient and close to everything in the city

Cons:

Finding a park to check in. The bathroom in our room was too small and the step up into the shower was a bit dangerous to step out when you’re wet and really had to take precautions. Also our beds were really hard.

Adequate, safe and quiet.
Pros:

it was very clean with comfortable beds. The coffe and tea and milk was replenished.
Central location.

Cons:

Maybe warn old folk that there would be a step up into the bathroom and an even higher step up into the shower.
no chair to sit on, only the beds. TV too big, corners stick out, dangerous.
We were first sent to a room that was already occupied, then to a different room which wouldn't unlock!

Great location, dated hotel
Pros:

Great location, paid parking easy. Very clean and tidy. TV easy to use.

Cons:

Room was very basic, small and overlooked aircon units. There was nowhere to put kettle to make drinks. Wardrobe door was blocked by main door stop/hinge.
Colour scheme was a multitude of various colours, seemingly little design.
Hallways were plain white with no colour or pictures on the walls.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is handy to shopping, restaurants and casino. Room is on the small side but had everything you needed. Bed was firm but comfy. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, it was adequate.
