Nesva Hotel

Room was clean-ish, but the pillows were old, dirty and in desperate need of replacement
Very strong air freshener smell upon check in - had to air the room out for an hour to avoid headaches. Staff was kind and courteous.

Nesva was a no frills hotel. Beds were small only offering Full size and Twin. Upon check in the TV remote and hair dryer did not work but were fixed the next day.

Location is very good in term of transportation ( three subway stations nearby) strangers at night on the street but this is almost everywhere in NY.free hot drinks in reception is great.

The hotel itself was for the most part clean. When we arrived, after taking 20 minutes to check in and being given a smaller, lesser room because the room we booked was unavailable we finally were able to get to the room. Once upon entering, it was SO hot. The AC turns off automatically after a certain amount of time. We went out that day, and when we got back, it was off, completely.

We loved how easy it was to find the hotel, park in the street for free and walk to restaurants and the pub.

Outdated and room air conditioner was blowing hot, not cold. They said they go fix it and if they can't they would change room but that didn't happen.

This was very close to my son’s apartment and had a balcony. I loved the courtyard and coffee station. Staff was always there and helpful. Would stay again if my son wasn’t moving to Bushwick

We arrived at 9:00 pm to a room that smelled so bad that we couldn't stay in for a minute. It smelled of toilet water. We had to walk out as soon as we entered, The hotel didn't have another room, so we had to scramble to find another room at night. We asked for a refund and they asked us to call expedia. The front desk said the manager will likely refund our money. Expedia said it is going to give us a refund.

Budget friendly hotel in an up and coming section of LIC. Bed was comfortable and they have cute nooks on the main floor to enjoy your complimentary coffee or tea. I was looking forward to a bath in the soaking tub, but there was no stopper to keep the water in the tub. Also, carpetting in the room rather old and worn looking. But on the positive, hotel was quiet, tv had plenty of channels, and the hotel felt safe even though I would have preferred a key card system to get to my floor in the elevator.

We had a great stay! Perfect for a night in the city.

Good clean hotel in a safe area and close to subway from JFK. Rooms and beds are comfortable and a good size. They just need to replace the curtains in some rooms as they're well past their due dates.

Had a very nice tiled outside patio. Nice room. Friendly staff.

We stayed here after my daughter had surgery at Lennox Hill Hospital. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Having the kitchen was convenient and the staff was excellent. It made her recovery much easier.
