Excellent rapport qualité / prix
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement proche de deux stations de métro, le personnel toujours adorable, le coin cuisine avec micro-ondes, le quartier calme, le lit très confortable, ménage fait tous les jours. Jolie vue. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Cons:

L'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Nous n'avions jamais le même compte d'essuies après le nettoyage de la chambre mais c'est un détail.

Pros:

Posto pulito, personale cortese e sempre a disposizione, hotel silenzioso. Bella la zona, con la metro in poco tempo sei in centro

Cons:

Le camere non sono grandissime, noi eravamo sempre via quindi non era un grosso problema.

Pros:

Excellent location, few steps from a number of subways, super easy to get to the city. Safe, up and coming neighborhood. The bathroom was clean. Wonderful view on the city. Mostly helpful staff. Shared kitchen was useful.

Cons:

The bed linen was stained. There was no proper duvet, just a blanket that while seemed to be washed, was still dirty, there were many hairs stuck in it. The A/C was extremely loud, it was not possible to sleep while it was turned on. The WIFI was only available in a small part of the room and was quite unreliable. While we specifically asked the staff not to enter our room, they still came and clean the room and went through some of our stuff (including someone removed our airpods from its case and put it separately on a table, we still do not understand why this happened).

Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to the subway which was an important factor for me. There were coffee shops and restaurants close by. It was a quiet residential area that was new to me. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Cons:

The bathroom needed a working vent. After showering the room remained pretty moist. Having a patio was really nice. However, it could use some chairs and a screen door.

Pros:

Nos encantó que al lado de la recepción hay un rinconcito con café, leche, té y agua que puedes coger gratis 24 horas. Las camas son grandes y cómodas y hay nevera en la habitación. Además, tiene parada de metro muy cerca que conecta con times Square en 20 minutos.

Cons:

El lavabo no colaba bien, la moqueta del suelo estaba sucia y falta espacio para meter la ropa ya que no hay armario.

Pros:

Hotel ben pulito e ben piazzato. A pochi minuti da 3 fermate della metro. Stanze che per 1/2 persone sono di dimensioni perfette. Bagno bello spazioso.

Cons:

Gli orari delle pulizie per le varie camere vanno rivisitati. Non si può sentirsi bussare in camera alle 19.30 di sera dalla signora delle pulizie perché la camera ancora non era stata pulita. Così come mi è capitato vari giorni nel pomeriggio tardi. La gente gira e a quell’ora è in camera per farsi una doccia. Le camere andrebbero pulite e sistemate nella tarda mattinata.
