Lovely stay but disappointing overall
Pros:

Gorgeous views of the boats and ocean. We had a great spot to see the tides coming in and out of the bay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even to us who are non French speaking. They are able to organise excursions which made everything easy.

Cons:

The food was disappointing. We had one dinner which felt rushed and not quite worth the price. Our room (especially the bathroom) needed maintenance as it seems it has not been properly maintained.

Unfortunately, this hotel allows for the sexual tourism that is rampant in this area. Expect to see retirement age men with barely-legal Madagascan women. We went to other hotels in Madagascar that explicitly banned this, so were very disappointed to see this was allowed. Especially as a hotel that is luxury, sustainable and family friendly. This especially discoloured our honeymoon stay at the lodge.

Des vacances idéales dans un véritable paradis des sens
Pros:

L'hôtel est un véritable joyau niché dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine est ravissante, panoramique et parfaitement entretenue. Le bungalow de luxe est le meilleur hébergement que l'on puisse trouver à Nosy Be: spacieux, propre et doté d'une terrasse exceptionnelle donnant sur la plage de Madirokely. La cuisine du restaurant, avec sa terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, est excellente, et le personnel est incroyablement sympathique (mention spéciale à Clarisse). Des vacances parfaites.

Cons:

Je voudrais peut-être essayer de réduire les temps d'attente au restaurant, mais ce n'est pas un détail important dans une optique d'excellence.

Pleasant stay in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is great. Within walking distance to town and all the restaurants on the beach. Lovely to walk back after an evening out. Loved the pools - both the saltwater and chlorinated. The views are spectacular and the fact that the bungalows are in shade from midday makes it very comfortable. The breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, eggs and breads are plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mosquito nets and coils are useful for keeping the pests at bay.

Cons:

The bungalow is quite tiny with the additional bed in it. However, we coped as it was used for our suitcases since our cupboard was infested with woodworm. So we lived out of the suitcases. I did not wish to bring any eggs home with me.
After the disaster of my first meal in the restaurant (my fish still had scales all over it!!), we did not eat there again except for breakfast. I am sure the rest of the food might be good but I was not prepared to take a chance. Plenty of other places to eat.

Excellente expérience
Pros:

Personnel extrêmement plaisant, le cadre est magnifique, la restauration excellente, la vue depuis le bungalow très belle, les 2 piscines dont une d'eau de mer très agréables

Cons:

La salle de bains aurait besoin d'une rénovation
