Close to casino only plus
Pros:

The location was about all this place had going for it.

Cons:

Staff was basicly just there. Rooms are very old and have LOTS of signs of wear.

The only good thing is the location if you are going to play golf. That being said, I'd walk 20 miles to stay somewhere else after seeing how dirty this place is.

Cons:

Staff was uninterested in anything that helped. Seems like you could put you phone down for 1 second to check a guest it. After that you get to see how dirty the lobby and elevator are only to be met with a disgusting room. Dirty towels, dirty carpet, stained beds, TV remotes that I don't even want to know what the I had on them. Stay at your own risk

Do not try to stay here there is a very friendly best western next door

Cons:

The desk staff was rude I had had the reservation for a special occasion months in advance with conformation of the stay and was told I did not have a booking at check in that they no longer honored booking.com probably because I got the room for a good rate and it was a concert night at casino next door.I had travelled a long way and planned on staying there because I can not see very well at night to drive 2 hrs home after a concert

don't use booking.com

the front desk clerk was amazing!

Cons:

Do not use booking.com. We were at the hotel for a concert @ winstar. the hotel and staff were good but booking.com overbooked for the night and left dozens of people without lodging. We only got a room because we had cash and the clerk had a last minute cancellation. There were dozens of angry people and the front desk clerk managed to stay calm. She stated this happens ALL THE TIME with BOOKING.COM so we will NOT be using them in our future. BEWARE!!!

Gostaria de retratar a avaliação anterior. Achei que estava avaliando outro hotel, onde tive problemas.

Problems with Reservations
Pros:

Close to Winstar

Cons:

They had a lot of problems with booking.com. Many guests who had reservations were denied rooms because they said booking.com overbooked the rooms. They honored my reservation but would not accept any of my credit cards because they said my card wasn’t working and I was on a fraud list. This despite your app showing my booking was confirmed and the credit card on file with booking.com is valid and not expired. Luckily my friend had cash as that’s all they would accept. Won’t ever likely need to stay near this place again but would not recommend this hotel.

It was very good and pleasant.
Pros:

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Not a comfortable chair or couch. Way too low. Made it very hard for us to get up and down since we are both elderly.
