Buen día,

En mi check out he compartido la información para la emisión de la factura.
Ya pasaron dos semanas, sigue sin factura.
La atención al cliente es horrible, casi no responden y la única ve que me respondieron me dijeron que yo me tengo que encargar.

Pros:

Cómodo y agradable. Habitaciones silenciosas y una piscina temperada al aire libre que es muy agradable de disfrutar.

Cons:

Poco staff disponible, servicio de cocina lento. Disponibilidad de productos en recepción es limitada y poco variada además de excesivamente caro!

Reserve por error en la fecha equivocada, la fecha Que la app me dio por default, fue un descuido, intente cancelarlo inmediatamente despues y fue imposible, me rechazaron la peticion de cancelarla sin costo y cargaron el total de la reserva, en una ocasion me paso lo mismo en otro hotel de la cadena marriot peeero de USA y me apoyaron sin problema, no tuve Que pagar, en fin, los errores salen caros en Courtyard by Marriot Poliforum Leon, no me la vuelven a hacer
